THEY ARE ONLY ORIGINAL ONCE !!!1985 Suzuki DR100 - 4 stroke 100cc kick start only, with 6-speed manual transmission. Original and Unrestored Survivor that runs great, and is rust-free. The bike is 100% complete, and 99% original. This was a fun project for me, and now its time to pass it on to a new owner that will appreciate it like i have. As you can see from the pics, I tore the bike down partially. I hand cleaned it and did a nut/bolt inspection on everything. I changed the oil and filter, new spark plug, new air filter, fresh premium gas, carb rebuilt, petcock cleaned, and did a valve adjustment. Everything works as it should: trip meter, headlight, tail light, brakes, clutch, on/off switch, etc.. It starts up on 1st kick no choke, and idles perfectly on its own. The engine sounds great, doesn't leak and doesn't smoke. Bike has been completely sorted and adjusted, she's ready to ride!!!Everything is original to the bike...including the paint and decals. I did not repaint anything.The only parts not original are the grips, tires, and a chain roller, that's it ! The metal gas tank has NO dents, and NO rust inside or out.The seat has a small tear on left side just behind the DR logo. Handlebars are slightly bent: I chose not to replace them cause I wanted to keep the bike as original as possible.Still has the tool kit located under the headlight. Left side cover has small crack.Still has the heat insulation on the inside of the right side cover.Exhaust is in great shape!.. no holes, no leaks, no damage.Check out the original gold wheels, gold chain, and blue fork boots.Its obvious the bike has had an easy life, and relatively low hours for being 30 years old. If you like "original & unrestored" as much as I do, you will love this bike. But if you wanted to take this bike to the next level, it would be an easy restoration project.The bike is for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime.I will assist with shipping anyway I can, but new owner must make all the arrangements and pay for it.Im more than happy to answer any questions, or take some more additional / specific pictures for you.
