Nickel Plated frame has been modified to use this motor , and replated .... cerrani front forks have been rebuilt with new springs and seals .. New sun rims and buchanen spokes and new Dunlop up front and Pirelli Rear tire ... Hubs are original , and have been polished ... new brake shoes front and rear ... one off custom rear sprocket , and new chain ... vintage solid aluminum handlebars .. new levers and perches , new magura throttle ... new clutch front brake ,and throttle cable .. new grips ... new seat cover and foam ... new period correct paint and decals .... new carb ... Titanium custom exaust pipe and muffler ... new Progressive rear shocks .... allen engine bolts ... all fasteners are in mint shape ... I took this bike as a trade around 2006... From about 08 until now , it has been stored inside my house , and at this time I have discovered that the clutch plates are stuck , ... It will need a new gasket , and some time spent freeing up the clutch ... I have an extra side cover , and may have a gasket .. not sure .... The tank is Dry and theCarb on there now has never had fuel ran through it ... The motor is free with good compression and was rebuilt when I got it ..... not much to do to get this running right .... I also have a chainguide that has not been installed ... LOCAL PICKUP .... I know you have seen Rickmans for sale before, however this is the most complete and original model from the original Rickman factory to date. I purchased the complete "Rolling Chassis" from the Rickman brothers in early 1973 which was a 1972 model. Then I purchased a 1974 low mileage Triumph 650cc Bonneville later that same year. I took the motor to Big 'D' Cycles for a complete overall at which time they balanced the motor. It wasn't until 1983 that I got around to completing the bike and getting it titled. Since then I have only managed to put 2,672 miles on the bike. I have ten classic bikes so it takes me a while to get around to them all. A couple of years ago I sent the wheels to Buchanams for SS Spokes and chrome Nipples which look great on the flanged Borranni 18'" rims. Along the way I also installed SS brake lines front and rear. I have the original assembly manual as well as all of the swing arm chain adjusters. Most of the pictures were taken before I found the correct head light faring which you will see in one of the pictures. While the tank is fiberglass I had it coated at time of assembly and have always drained the gas after each ride. Lately I have only used ethanol free 94 octane gas. This chasse could also be fitted with a Honda CB 750, BSA or Triumph Triple. I contacted the Rickman owners club only on and they estimate that there were few Triumph Competition Replica frames made. Even in the book "History of Rickman" there is no mention of this model. As you know frames are made of Reynolds 531 tubing and nickel plated. Oil is carried in the frame. So now I have owned this bike fore over 40 years. It's in as new or better shape but it's time to let someone have it that's a little younger. Please feel free to ask any questions.

BEAUTIFULLY RESTORED 1968 TRIUMPH DUNSTALL T120 ROAD RACER. All alloy tanks, rims and fenders. Freshly rebuild Motor to Completion specs, Twin carburetors, New Transmission, Newly power coated frame, Alloy tanks, Alloy fenders, Alloy road racing rims, new gauges, cables, wiring, Clip-on racing handle bars, Alloy inner hub & vented brakes. I bought this off the Michigan Norton Club President Dave Smith about 12 years ago. He was in a fatal accident and his collection was sold off. I purchased this Triumph Dunstall her personally restored, a 1969 AJS Stormer and a 1967 Norton P11 he restored. I have since sold all but the Triumph. Now it is time for it to find a good home. Complete rebuilt of motor & trans, brakes, electrical, suspension. Motor is a racing combination of the TR6R Motor Case with a T120 Heads and twin racing carbs. It is a beautifully executed combination of a low mileage 1968 Triumph Bonneville and a Dunstall package specifically designed for Triumph and the race track. The Racing components include the powder coated frame, stunning Dunstall alloy tanks, Dunstall exhaust and factory racing alloy rims. She is extremely well built with a handsome fork system and exhaust system. Again, this motorcycle has been fully, mechanically & cosmetically restored to museum quality. The bike has not been raced or run (except for a start up check out procedure limited road testing) or ridden since the complete restoration. The speedometer shows 234 break-in miles. The beautiful alloy rims really look great on this bike. In summary, full mechanical restoration, beautifully finished Dunstall racing package and a very rare motorcycle indeed. I have owned and ridden this 1971 Bonneville for 30 plus years. The engine was professionally rebuilt and is super strong with a 750cc Morgo kit and Megacycle cams. All covers are triple chrome plated and I polished them myself before chroming.The pipes are vintage Rickman-Matisse racing pipes. It has a Norton spin on oil filter tucked up under the swing arm, K&N filters, new Amal Carbs, classic finned exhaust head clamps, oil cooler in front, fresh Metzler tires, hand made side covers, heat shields and seat. Comes with the original front fender (not shown) and hardware. I'm not trying to pass this off as a restoration or original whatever. This is my HOT ROD bike that can keep up wit some of the faster metric bikes out there. My knees are getting a little old for the high compression and I'm going to have to look for some kind of push button start cruiser. I know I will long regret selling her but someone will luck out and hopefully enjoy it for as long as I did. Please don't try to low ball me as I am real firm on this price. Take a look at other Bonnevilles out there and see what you get for near the same money. This is a one kick hard runner that handles and stops like a new bike. Ask questions before you buy.
