OVER $30K INVESTED, ALL CARBON FIBER!! VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED! The new 748R is our highest revving most powerful 748 ever. Advanced fuel injection, derived straight from the Corse racers, featuring ?shower type? injectors positioned directly above the throttle bodies are matched to a new high volume carbon fiber airbox. Making 106 horsepower at 11,500 rpm, this lightweight pours out heavy weight performance. The 748R bristles with components that are normally found only on factory race bikes. Its track bred manners are accented with an Öhlins low friction TiN treated front fork and an Öhlins rear shock. Lighter Marchesini Corse front and rear wheels significantly reduce unsprung weight for even better suspension control. Also direct from the Corse bikes are four pad P4-34 Brembo calipers gripping front discs that have been moved outward 5mm compared to standard models, positioning them further into the cooling air-stream for consistent and confident stopping power. A Boge steering damper ensures that stable and predictable steering control completes this ultimate 748, giving new meaning to ?confidence in the twisties?.

The Ducati 999 Superbike seems to be in motion even when at rest. And a look under its fairing confirms the 999's state-of-the art technology. Our goal was to create a Ducati Superbike of stunning design that improves rider ergonomics, makes maintenance easier, reduces complexity of the motorcycle and offers performance second to none. The aerodynamics, mechanical and electronic components, chassis and running gear were developed first and styling followed. The 999 Testastretta engine, developed on the racetrack, has a short stroke which lowers the average speed of the piston resulting in a higher rpm redline, maximum performance, and improved reliability. The linear and tractable power delivery of the Testastretta engine is a result of its balance between horsepower (124 HP @ 9500 rpm) and torque (102 Nm @ 8000 rpm). But its record speaks for itself. In just it's first year of competition, the Ducati 999 has dominated its rivals in the World Superbike Competition, capturing both the manufacturer's and Rider's titles.

UK buyer backed out because he did not check the shipping costs. No out of country buyers!! USA only please. UP FOR SALE AGAIN! 2000 Ducati 748RS This bike was owned by a Ducati Dealer with a well know race history in the Pro Thunder AMA Class. This bike was a back up bike for the race team and not raced. It was purchased from Ducati Corsa in 2001 for Beaudry Motorsports. I purchased the bike from Motor Corsa in Portland OR from Christian who knows a lot about the bike. It is crazy clean and looked like it has never really been used. Looks brand new. Currently this bike is registered in CA street legal! It as a hidden light under the front fairing you can't see and rear lights are in the license plate frame. Ducati only made 50 of these bikes in 2000. They are imported as race bikes only. Ducati does not accurately distinguish between R and RS in their VIN history. The RS actually pulls up as a RI. The R pulls up as just an R. The parts on this bike only come on the 748RS. In the pictures I attached the vin check from ducati. I have attached another vin check from a 748RS that comes up as a 748RI and a 748R that comes up as an 748R. It has a very nice Ducati paint job on what looks like aftermarket race fairings. I can't tell because of the paint if its all carbon fiber but I don't believe it is. It looks like the tail section might be. There is only one issue that I have found and its a small crack in the white number plate on the tail. Its very hard to see and very minor. Everything on this bike is correct except possibly the fairings. Carbon fiber from dash and air box and so on. Bike Runs and drives perfectly. Its a great bike! Lots of fun to ride.

1988 Ducati 750 F1 , 1988 Ducati 750 F1 Laguna Seca Replica.  This is NOT a Laguna Seca.   This 1988 Ducati 750 F1  is now numbered, titled, and registered in the state of Oregon.   This bike was built on a 1988 F3 400 frame, which is identical to the Laguna Seca frame all the way down to the indented down-tube for the horizontal carburetor. It was assembled by the craftsman owner using either New, New Oold Stock (NOS), or good used parts that were rebuilt and renovated as needed.  The quality of these parts is apparent when going over any square inch of the machine.  The pictures absolutely do it justice!  Completed in 2016, it only has 84km on the NOS speedometer.   The frame is powdercoated Bavarian Silver.  The steel fuel tank and fuel cap are NOS from an F1B.   The bodywork was NOS, purchased from a vendor in Australia some 12 years ago.  It is mounted with all new attachments.  The solo seat was used but in perfect condition.  The front fender is NOS Paso.  The buyer will be given NOS (and now scarce) Vitaloni mirrors which are correct for the time and also the original (and also scarce) red bar-ends.  No mirrors were mounted so that the final owner can decide on how to best equip the bike with mirrors without drilling into the fairing.  The NOS right rear turn signal was cracked and was glued/taped together in such a way that it is difficult to tell.  The Marzocchi M1R forks are fit to modified F1 triple clamps and have Ducati 851 clip-ons installed.  The Verlicchi F1 aluminum swingarm was installed to fit the wider rear wheel and was re-anodized by the builder.  All the fittings on the swingarm are NOS.  The shock is from a 748 as it fits perfectly and is modern.   The 1980's era Technomagnesio magnesium wheels are painted in a urethane epoxy to keep corrosion away, 3.25" front and 5.5" rear.  The wheels were free of corrosion when painted, but have not been tested in any way. The front brakes are 300mm new stainless/aluminum replicas of Brembo floating discs of that era.  The front calipers are four-piston NOS 851 units attached with EPM Engineering's caliper hangers.  The brake line is stainless steel.   The rear brake disc is a NOS 220mm floating Cast Iron rotor hung with an aluminum carrier clamped by a NOS of-the-era 05 2 piston caliper.  The rear line is rubber so as not to mark up the swingarm.  Both of the Brembo brake master cylinders and the Brembo clutch master cylinder are New.   The engine has a set of NOS F1B heads (bigger valves th

It's time for a new project, so this one is for sale. It is a 2001 Ducati 748 that has been converted to a custom street fighter. Everything has been done to improve the rider's comfort and enjoyment. The custom exhaust and dry clutch make the best sounds that can come out of a motorcycle. With the moto bars and gel seat, you can ride this bike all day without the pains that the stock bike would give you. Nothing has been taken from the performance or speed, though. The 748 motor has plenty of torque down low but still loves to rev. Both, cruising on the highway and carving up mountains has been a blast. This bike has been a super reliable weekend rider and occasional commuter. The oil has been changed regularly and the bike had its belts and valves checked about 3k miles ago. The Trailtech gauge obviously doesn't read the true mileage but it is around 13K at this point. The tires are practically new and haven't even seen the mountains yet. This bike is a well-cared-for, but not showroom perfect. She's a little dirty and there are some small scuffs and scratches from being ridden. All lights, switches and turn signals work except the horn (which I just never put back on, but will give the new owner if they want it). Too many mods to list so here are the big ones:Custom, hand-made aluminum tail featuring a bare section with brushed highlightsAprilia RSV1000 tail lightV-Rod HeadlightTomaselli moto barsMarchesini WheelsCustom exhaust with Cone Engineering mufflers (amazing sound)Trailtech Vapor gauge with indicator light surroundDucati S2R front fenderCustom under tail houses all electronicsSpeedy Moto frame slidersPorsche Guard's red paint with pin stripingSargent gel seatSport bike cafe racer streetfighter Ducati 999 1098 749 848 Superbike gsxr r1 custom monster
