i am selling my 1994 frieghtliner fl70 dump. It is in very good condition nicer then alot of truck 10 years newer. I bought it from a older guy that was retireing. He had it about 10 years. I will try my best to describ it. It has a 8.3 cummins motor with around 250hp, 120k miles, 6speed, single axle with drop axle, tires are about 80% around exept the lift axle maybe 40%. Has aluminum rims, brakes awork good, 15 ton pintle hook with air to rear for trailer, very nice excelent condition bibeau 14 foot dump bed with electric tarp, air tailgate, 2 way barn door, interior is really nice also. Trucks empty weight is 18k and the gvw is 53k. I have it reg for 48k and haul about 15 ton. Truck runs and looks great as it should. I am selling to buy a newer truck that is a true tandem. Freightliner FL70 with 260,000 original miles, runs mint, very well maintained truck, cat motor 3126, 230 horsepower, 6-speed manual with rear airbags with springs, 5th wheel, diamond plated tool box, chrome rims, lights, stereo, good looking truck. 2000 FL70. 9 ft body. The chassis has 332k the motor is a Cat 3126 with a 6 speed. It was replaced and I am told it has around 95k. I do not have paperwork. It runs great has power no smoke and starts right up. The tires are good and the body is excellent. We bought this for a job and are finished with it. This truck has a 33,000 gvw and is dual axles. The steer tires are brand new and the drive tires have about 60% life remaining. The truck is very strong and is ready to work. The engine is a CAT 3126 and no major defect. Truck's A/C is not working, compressor and all component are still in place, unsure what is needed to revitalize a/c. I am selling to buy something with 3 axles and larger. Sheet metal on bed is 1/8" and is good conditions. No noticeable holes or major thinning of bed sheet metal.
