Well maintained low-mileage 99% original Yamaha Seca. This bike was significant as a Japanese sport-standard made between 1981 and 1983 due to its 82 hp transverse 4, shaft drive, anti-dive forks, and high-tech on-board diagnostic features visible on its futuristic dashboard. It was, and still is, a remarkably good handling bike; perfect for sport touring. The engine is narrow since the alternator is behind the motor. This bike comes with engine guards. Everything on this machine works. The absolutely only thing wrong with this bike is that the previous owner painted it with a horrible blue paint. Secas make excellent daily riders for anyone looking for a retro-Japanese bike. Tires are in good condition, new brake pads up front, oil and filter changed last fall. Some spare parts come with bike. This is a good machine.

Selling my classic vintage Yamaha Seca. This XJ750 is in Excellent condition. Just 18,000 on the clock. New paint, newer tires, new battery. Shiny and clean, and ready to ride. All lights, signals, gages, etc work as they should. I recently installed new handlebars to accommodate the windshield as the factory handlebars have covers over them. I have the original handlebars with the covers, and they will be included. New Tourmaster tool/fork bag. Clymer manual and some extra parts included. Fresh oil change with YamaLube. What I have here is a 1982 Seca 750 that has had a lot of attention given to it... New... Front brakes, Stainless Steel front brake lines, Progressive Front springs, Front tire, Drag bar, Front brake cylinder, (originally hidden under headlight), Front Fork Seals, Anti-Dive gone though and cleaned. Modified.. Supertrapp Exhaust, 4 to 1Headers, Square headlight removed, changed to round, original Atari looking gauges removed, and replaced with Yamaha Raidian gauges Possible needs... Rear brake pads are ok, I have new ones just never got around to changing them. Small chip in tank due to drag bars being lower then expected. Low rise bars maybe better suited? Overall... This is a great bike! Wants to move, and solid. It's no slouch. 19,000 mi. Thanks and happy biding!

Hope to pass it on to someone that does. I think with would be a great bike to work on and it should do well when its road worthy. But definitely needs work. This bike starts rough but runs good going down the road. The tires are new as of a year or so ago. The miles are highway miles since I drove it back and forth to work 30 miles one way each day. This is an older bike and does have some scrapes and dings that would be common for its age. In the one Picture it looks like the gas tank has a big dent in but that is just how the sunshine reflected on it. The seat is not bad but does have some major wear in the front near the gas tank. My wife and I have just had our third child and I haven't ridden this bike enough over the last year. It needs a good home. This is a 1984 Yamaha Seca with the inline 4 XJ750 original engine. It has the factory front faring (some pain chipping off) and the factory Tour hard backs. I also have the original manual and the Yamaha maintenance manual. This engine has proven rugged and dependable over the years. The engine has 37,265 miles, mostly country and highway miles. Repairs I've done over the last 6 years. Replaced battery, valve cover gasket, plugs and brake pads. Bike is in great shape for being a 33 year old classic. Buyer provides shipping costs or can pick up at their convenience. 1982 Yamaha Seca 750.  Except for the new flawless paint, an all original survivor bike that is in incredible condition and runs perfectly.  18,320 original miles, original seat is flawless.  Windshield is an aftermarket and very stable at high speeds.  Have original 82 Yamaha manual and tool kit.  Unless you have a museum piece, you will not find a cleaner Seca 750 anywhere.  This bike also does 0-60 in 4.3 seconds and is a little too fast for me as a retired guy.  No rust, always garaged.  Never down.  Tires are not new but above average and safe.  No disappointments here.  Can send more pictures and video.  I have some extra parts, clutch, filters, lights, etc. Atlanta area.  Leave message if no answer
