Low seat height. The Triumph Legend TT is a British motorcycle that was made by Triumph Motorcycles Ltd from 1998 to 2001. Based on the three cylinder liquid cooled Triumph Thunderbird 900, the priority for the new Legend TT was affordability, so the designers reduced the initial cost by producing a stripped down hotrod version, with less chrome. [1] Design features included a satin black powder coated engine, 'teardrop' fuel tank, reverse cone megaphone silencers and spoked wheels on 17 inch chrome rims. The colour options were 'Obsidian Black', 'Cardinal Red' and 'Imperial Green'.[2]

After 3 years of owning this bike, I'm sad to part ways with it. Just got engaged and I need some funds to give her the wedding of her dreams. It's been garage kept for it's entire 18 year life and I'm the third owner. The bike is so smooth, with 77 HP and has more than enough torque to get you going. For what it's worth, it's also got the whole San Jose Sharks colors going for it!Some facts:- Made in England for the charm, with lots of parts from Japan for reliability- Liquid-cooled, carburated, 3-cylinder Hinkley engine- Clean title, clean everything- 41XX miles on odometer- New brake pads: sintered EBC in front, organic EBC in rear- All original parts, plus Triumph Napoleon mirrors (original mirrors also included)- Maintenance and repair records for the past 3 years- Originally purchased from Moto Java in SF, serviced at SFMOTO- Triumph Service Manual digital copy included- Registered through Jan 2018Link to youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Enxdpek6yM&feature=youtu.be

Up for sale is my Triumph Legend TT 900 1999 cafe racer. Made in Hinckley, UK. Clean Title. Bike is in a secured area so to see it you will have to tell your name, the vehicle you will drive that day and show a valid ID to the security when you come. That bike is not finished but it is way more than a project. It runs and about that runs like hell. All the rear is 100% hand-made by me and despite all the modifications and additions the bike can be totally reverted to original. Seat is a Triumph and I made the fixations. All frame/wheels bearings were changed (steering, rear wheel, front wheel). The chassis is lubed (swing-arm, shock linkage) and there is no extra-play there. Rear rim is a 17'' Excel Takasago extra-large and the tire is a 180/55 ZR 17 (vs 160/60 ZR 17 originally). Both sprockets are new. The fork was rebuilt and contains new oil. All cables were lubed. Gas cable is new. Mufflers are D&D. Foam pods on the carbs. New crankcase vent filter. Engine recently tuned. Tires are good , Front is like new. Rear 60 to 70 %. New euro handlebars, new mirrors, new cushioned grips (Beston). I also have a pair of bar-end mirrors. New headlight fixations rubbers (the ones between the 2 T's). New battery. New blinkers. New horn. All the electrics were followed through and are clean. New rear axle (it is a 2002 "one-piece" model vs the "two-pieces" model on the 1999). The bike comes with the manual, a number of new parts and liquids as seen on the picts. If correct sale price, you would keep the Craftsman lift. I would also give you a pair of steering ultra flat wrenches and the wooden stand. You will be given a number of templates I used to build the rear. As original parts, I have a seat in relatively good shape with its bad cover removed + a rear rotor that is in medium shape. The brake rotors on the bike are excellent. The new owner will have to redo the oil change thread of the sump (currently a plug) and fix or change one of the small water outlets (cheap but there is a pin hole in it). Paint could be better but still really cool like that. The front brake line is the correct length but is not the correct orientation on the reservoir. Based on the age of the bike you should rebuild the brakes but they are both working perfect (I have most of the parts as you can see on the picts). Rubber chain guide and chain will be needed... And that's it. I will take the time to show the potential new owner the good and the wrong. The bike will need to be hauled on a trailer or on a truck. No trades. No warranty. No delivery. No shipping. No returns. I have been working on bikes since 73 and I put all my heart in that build. Payment at my local bank. Thank you for reading.

Triumph fans know what this bike is. Smooth, fast and handles great. The fenders, battery covers and gas tank have just been powder coated and look great. The seat, tank and air cleaner covers are brand new. Just changed the oil (Mobile 1 Syn). This bike is a hot rod and looks it. Serious offers will be considered. 2001 Triumph Legend , Enjoy this Retro-styled 2001 Triumph Legend TT. This bike gets tons of attention and the best part is that it only has 7770 miles on it. There are only a few light scratches on the Fuel tank. Other than that the bike is beautiful. The bike has chiefly been serviced locally at Triumph of Seattle. I have all of the work order receipts. The carbs were cleaned in May and a new ignitor was just installed in early July. Comes with windshield. $4,000.00

2000 Triumph Legend 900 25,142 miles. I purchased this Triumph from a Harley Davidson dealer then I took it straight to Triumph and had them go over entire bike and the proceeded to do the following, Inspect brakes, all break lines, fluids, all fluid lines, Clean and rebuild carbs, check all engine parts, replace chain runner and guide (worn), plugs, wires, ignition, trans basically check and repair everything! this bike starts immediately and runs like a raped ape! unfortunately I can't ride a street bike any longer so I am selling or trading for a dual purpose motorcycle. call with any questions Chris: 609-847-1710 and yes it has a clear title

2001 Triumph Legend , For Sale: 2001 Triumph Legend TT. 900cc, 31,572 miles, British Racing Green. This was my wifes motorcycle and was very carefully maintained while weve owned the bike. Runs like a dream. Oil changed religiously every 5,000 mile with Spectrol Syntheitic, Garage kept, in excellent condition as the photos show. Bike has a maintenance free battery, 2 years old, 3,000 miles left on the recent synthetic oil change, only 3,000 miles on the current set of tires, a wide comfortable seat for logging lots of miles. Aftermarket items include: Slipstreamer fairing, Triumph saddlebags (one broken buckle), Kuryakyn custom footpegs, Triumph performance off road megaphones for a great exhaust note, replaced fork seals 2 years ago, numerous chrome additions like a chrome chain guard, high output ignition coils, Ventura luggage frame system (the bags wore out but new ones are available), and new sprockets and chain (less than 5,000 miles on these). This bike has a seat height of 27.5 inches and is unique in that the footpegs and controls are in a standard placement directly under the rider, as opposed to forward facing controls like most crusiers. This bike is great for folks with short inseams (my wife is 54) as it is easy to touch flat footed at stops. Im 58 and find the bike really comfortable. This is a terrific motorcycle with a lot of character. We always got compliments when we travelled as to how sharp the bike is. Unfortunately Father Time has caught up with us. Were both in our mid-60s and my wifes knees have gone bad so she just cant ride like she would want anymore. Please contact me by e-mail if you have any additional questions. Asking price is $3600. Sorry NO PayPal. I do not have a PayPal account and have no desire to open one. Cash or Cashier's Check.
