2009 Moto Guzzi California Vintage, Brand new tires. Bike is ready to go anywhere. - An Italian Custom Bike for the U.S. Police. Thirty-seven years have gone by, but the Moto Guzzi California continues to play a leading role in the collective imagination of motorcyclists throughout the world. In 1971 when the first model was introduced, the custom market was divided into the original U.S. models and their imitations from the East. Moto Guzzi introduced a motorcycle with a strong personality based on the tried and tested frame of the V7 Special and the legendary 90 degree V-twin engine with a capacity of 757 cubic centimeters. A winning combination which won international success, not least because it proposed a new way of motorcycling, in contrast to the exaggerated quest for performance. On a Guzzi California, you travelled - and you travel - in total relaxation. The seat, as comfortable as an armchair, enables you to enjoy the landscape protected from the wind in the shelter of the large windshield, fitted as standard together with the panniers, a clear sign of its vocation for travel. These qualities enabled the V7 California to triumphantly cross the ocean where it was adopted first by the L.A.P.D. (Los Angeles Police Department) and subsequently by other U.S. states. The rest is history - and legend. A familiar presence in films and advertisements, the California has every right to be considered as one of those industrial design objects which have left their mark on our history. Its two legendary wheels have never stopped - and neither has its evolution. Year after year, the look and technology has been updated, without altering its original personality and spirit. Now, 37 years after its birth, Moto Guzzi has decided to pay tribute to this extraordinary model thru the exclusive Vintage version, dedicated to those who want to go on dreaming.

2009 Moto Guzzi California VINTAGE, Beautiful 2009 Moto Guzzi California Vintage with 22K miles. Only reason I am selling this bike is that I have replaced it with a new, 2014 model of the exact vehicle which has been updated by Guzzi. I absolutely love this bike. It rides and handles like a sport bike, yet is comfortable on long hauls and can carry lots of stuff including your lady! I had the seat redone to accommodate my taller stature (I'm 6' 2" with 32" inseam and I can still be flat footed). I had the seat raised about 3" from stock as the original seat was a bit cramped. I also had a thick layer of gel put in the rebuild to add to the comfort. The real leather seat is buttery-soft and matches the original look...only better! Pipes were changed to open up the engine and has a nice Guzzi growl. Let me know if you have any questions...this is a solid road bike which is a joy to ride! $6,900.00 3216261215

2011 Moto Guzzi California , I am selling my customized 2011 Moto Guzzi California Black Eagle/Aquila Nera. Will consider trade for Norton Commando MK3 MKIII Roadster or Interstate I was doing this bike for myself and only selling because I got a job offer in Europe and it does not make sense to bring this bike with me (however I have this option). This is a low 3600 miles bike in great condition. Last year of production of original California model. This bike is a stripped down version of California Vintage, same bike without hard cases and windshield. This is a large Cruiser/Touring bike customized by me for street look and everyday use. It will be comfortable for rider of any height (Original Californias are very uncomfortable fro taller riders). I did a lot of customization on this bike, the look is very unique and I get a lot of thumbs up from other riders. This is a very reliable low maintenance motorcycle, with many interchangeable parts from other models, including V11 engine and gearbox. In general, this is a 70's bike with good brakes and fuel injection. Here is a list of the work done on this bike (more than $4,000 in parts not including labor): 1) Bike is lowered approximately 1 inch both front and rear. Gives a dramatic increase in stability and handling. Also makes the bike easier to ride for shorter riders. 2) Shorter Hagon Nitro ($600) shocks on rear 3) Solid stainless steel fenders (New, OEM, discontinued) from California Vintage. Front fender cut to resemble ones from older 850T bikes. Rear fender is chopped, but still has mudguard capabilities. Fenders are very hard to find, I found them in Italy. 4) Customized Danmoto 4-D aluminum clip-on handlebars. The bars were extended and drilled to accept bar-end mirrors. These bars are adjustable in 4 dimensions, including 3 inch rise. 5) Rizoma bar end SPY-R 80 mm mirrors ($300) 6) Rizoma grips 7) Fully adjustable two-color levers. 8) Joker Machine riser hole covers 9) Beautiful Dart Marlin Midnight tint windshield + 4 additional windshields. 10) Rizoma LED front turn signals 11) Ultra bright LED Arc-X rear turn signals/running/brake lights. Brighter than any LED's on the market. 12) OEM engine guards with plastic inserts factory painted in bike's color (asphalt matte).. Same as on California Vintage. This is a VERY hard to find discontinued part. 13) 17" shorty mufflers, ECU flashed by Guzzi Tech, great low sound, baffles are removable 14) KLICK-FIX saddlebag mount system with lock, Triumph Sixty8 bag, have mounts for left side. 15) Vertical License plate holder with 2 LED lights 16) Helmet lock Asking $8500 OBO. Inspections are welcome. $8,500.00
