Original 1968 Yamaha DT1 250 Enduro. This motorcycle is in overall attractive shape, I would rate it a 7.5 out of 10. With a little minor detail work it would be ready for your next motorcycle show or living area. This bike runs good, starts right up. Just installed new battery. It appears to be mostly original, even has the original Dunlop Trials Universal tires front and rear. Speedometer displays 2492 mis, judging by the overall condition of this 45yr old motorcycle . These 1st year DT1's are very hard to come by, let alone a nice original 1 like this. Don't let it get away.

This Wonderful Bike Starts Super Easy & Runs GREAT Her Clutch , Control cables & Brakes All work Great ! I had the Seat Professionally "Rebuilt from the Frame Up" and we dissembled this wonderful Bike "Piece by Piece" & also Refinished most All of Her Main Components and reassembled her "by hand" ..."Piece by Piece". She has BOTH Front and Rear almost "BRAND NEW" Dual Purpose Universal Style Tires ! Again, This Magnificent Beauty Starts Great + Runs Amazing & Shifts Excellent etc etc + all of her Control cables Brakes Etc Etc all seem to work Great as Well.Her Prior owner used her very rarely and after several years re-purposed her for more off-road use but, as you can see I re-installed all of her head lights etc again and I have a "BRAND NEW" (Still in her box) Electrical Battery for her as well ! It looks like her lights are all present & look to be in good Shape. She is a BREAST ! ) and I was told by most everyone there that she was Pretty much "Priceless" ! The two Bikes in between ours & this were two 4 Cylinder "Two Stroke" YAMAHA a GP 500 & a GP 700 like my Hero the GREAT Kenny Roberts became a WORLD CHAMPION on !!! PAPER WORK: Here is some More GREAT NEWS ! Since this Beauty has been in storage for many (~30 years) years (Last License tags were purchased in 1984) I have the DMV Computer Print Out on This Wonderful Bike that Proves... "She is 100% Free & 100% Clear of ANY and ALL back fees, 100% Free & 100% Clear of any and all back license registration fees & 100% Free & Clear of any and all back penalties & 100% Free & Clear on any and all back License fees etc etc" as she has been in storage so long (~30 years) that again therefore she currently is 100% off the DMV system at this time. I will Gladly Include this DMV Computer Print out that documents all this & Also Included with This Wonderful Bike...I will be including a California DMV (NOTARIZED) "Transfer of Ownership" (Notarized, Equiv. of a Bill of Sale) from myself to you the new owner.. which from what I hear in neighboring states, should be what you need to register it if you live outside of California. ... Again, Her Gas Tank has been Newly refinished & Painted as are Both her Front & Rear Fenders, also her rims, spokes, shocks, Wheel hubs & Backing plates etc etc have all also been refinished & or Painted and I think look very Nice. She has Two Dual Sport Quality Front and almost New Back Tires !!!... YES ! the gas tank Graphics have been replaced with what looks to be ORIGINAL New Old Stock or Incredibly Nice Graphics that look GREAT to me to the & Look very Much like the YAMAHA Graphics that YAMAHA installed back when this bike was Brand New ! She was always in a Nice Dry Storage in a Nice Dry Garage for Decades. Once we flushed the tank & Carburetor + put in fresh gas & She started right up, Super Quickly ! ! ! ! ! ! !) Since then She has a “Brand New Rebuilt Engine topend etc etc (IE) Brand New:Factory YAMAHA Piston New Piston Rings,New Rod Bearing,New Crankshaft Seals+we completely Disassembled Her Clutch+went thru that as well etc & YES ! ! ! SHE RUNS GREAT. I think She is a Bargain as a Nice Example of a SUPER LOW HOUR Very Presentable 1970 DT-1 (That is really the last of the TRUE Original Series DT-1's that was Just cosmetically restored ! ! ! a 1968-1971 DT-1 like this NADA Value Guides for nearly $7,000.00 ( $6,700.00 to be exact ! ! !) & Best of All this Beauty has SO Little Use on Her as she has been in storage for ~FOUR DECADEs...We Inspected her engine & just had her Transmission Rebuilt & "YES"...She Runs GREAT ! > > * * * PLEASE NOTE: This Wonderful "1970" 250cc YAMAHA DT1 ENDURO.That still has the Majority of the Original DT-1 Main Components as listed here...& as you can see ..we added in the following details ... 1978 YAMAHA IT175 ENDURO. NICE BIKE USED MAINLY ON TRAILS AND AS A CAMP BIKE. WELL MAINTAINED AND RUNS WELL. THIS BIKE IS A LOW MILEAGE BIKE AT JUST OVER 2000 MILES. IT WILL NEED A COUPLE OF THINGS. THE TOOL BAG ZIPPER IS BROKEN. THE FRONT TIRE STILL HAS GOOD RUBBER BUT KNOBBIES ARE ROUNDED SO SHOULD BE REPLACED. I JUST HAD THE SEAT RECOVERED BY A LOCAL UPHOLSTERY SHOP AND HE DOUBLE STITCHED ALL THE SEAMS FOR STRENGTH. FRONT FORK SEALS WERE JUST REPLACED. BIKE COULD USE A BATH. ALSO, THE EXHAUST MUFFLER BRACKET BROKE OFF AT THE FRAME SO I MADE MY OWN, WORKS GREAT. PERFECT BIKE FOR THE RIDER WHO WANTS A RELIABLE MOTORCYCLE. FOR A SMALL BORE 2 STROKE THIS BIKE FAIRLY RIPS. I DON'T RIDE IT REGULARLY. PREFER MY 77 IT400, BUT WHEN I DO IT'S FUN. I AM 200 LBS PLUS AND THIS BIKE IS LIGHT AND FLICKABLE WITH ME ON IT AND HAS PLENTY OF POWER. 1983 KTM495 Motocross Enduro Vintage AHRMA TVRC KTM 495 Cross Country MX Need to thin out some of my projects that I just do not have the time for at the moment. This was a weekend rider until a few years ago. It has been sitting patiently waiting its turn for some routine maintenance and then to the races and tear the track up again or do a resto if you want. Just depends if you want to race and get dirty or just carry it around and look good. Fuel was drained before setting it up in the shop. Will need the usual maintenance before use. Oil change, air filter, fork oil or seals, rear shock checked, tires and chain check. This was the third year out of only four for the 495 and the only year that had a disk front brake. No need for me to go into the history of the 495, if you are looking at this then you know what it is. I know its not perfect so no need to write and tell me that. But it is all there and rolling and can have you riding and racing with a minimum of effort. These bikes are hard to find in other than just a parts basket. To find one complete and ARR(almost ready to ride) in very useable/raceable condition is very hard to do. Bill of Sale furnished upon completion of payment. 1980 Xl500S in original condition with only 3,568 miles and has a clean title. My friend and I went together to buy these bikes, we bought this bike along with a second one that he kept. The bikes are only one vin # apart from each other. We purchased the bikes out of Oakley Ut. from a couple who told us the bike was originally owned by the famous race car driver Parnelli Jones. They said they had known Parnelli as he used to have a house in Oakley/Park city area of Utah and they used to keep watch on their house for them sometimes when they were not staying there. Eventually Parnelli sold the bikes to them and that is how they acquired them. The bike starts up easily and the motor sounds quiet and strong. It shifts very smoothly. It does back fire a little bit and I am thinking that it needs some fine tuning. The cylinder head does show signs of oil on the top and when it gets hot, that old oil starts to burn off so you can hear a little air/popping. In my opinion the oil should be pressure washed off and it probably needs a new gasket. The speedometer and mileage indicator both work but the speedometer sounds a little bit loud to me. The neutral and high beam light both work on the indicator but I did not see the turn signal indicator light working. That may be because there are no turn signals on it. The taillight and headlight with high beam both work. At some point newer handlebars and grips were added. The horn works intermittently and is low in sound when it does, I am thinking that the connections just need to be cleaned. I have the key for the ignition and the on/off switch works fine. Both of the brakes work and the bike handles nicely. The bike paint and cosmetics are original and show very well. The tank is straight and the paint shines. Under the original sticker on the gas tank is some light over spray of paint of some kind. The seat looks great and there are no tears or rips. There are some light blemishes here and there which you can see in the pictures and video. This bike is a clean low mile XL500S. Although there is no documentation of Parnelli Jones being the original owner of this bike, I have looked up and he did in fact have a vacation home here. 1978 YAMAHA IT175 ENDURO. NICE BIKE USED MAINLY ON TRAILS AND AS A CAMP BIKE. WELL MAINTAINED AND RUNS WELL. THIS BIKE IS A LOW MILEAGE BIKE AT JUST OVER 2000 MILES. IT WILL NEED A COUPLE OF THINGS. THE TOOL BAG ZIPPER IS BROKEN. THE FRONT TIRE STILL HAS GOOD RUBBER BUT KNOBBIES ARE ROUNDED SO SHOULD BE REPLACED. I JUST HAD THE SEAT RECOVERED BY A LOCAL UPHOLSTERY SHOP AND HE DOUBLE STITCHED ALL THE SEAMS FOR STRENGTH. FRONT FORK SEALS WERE JUST REPLACED. BIKE COULD USE A BATH. ALSO, THE EXHAUST MUFFLER BRACKET BROKE OFF AT THE FRAME SO I MADE MY OWN, WORKS GREAT. PERFECT BIKE FOR THE RIDER WHO WANTS A RELIABLE MOTORCYCLE. FOR A SMALL BORE 2 STROKE THIS BIKE FAIRLY RIPS. I'm listing this for my father. He purchased new in 1973 to race local enduro's and hare scrambles. He stopped racing in 1976 when I was 12. I rode it until I turned 16. Since 1980 it's been in his barn. This summer he got it out, cleaned the carb and gas tank, lubed the cables and wiped off the dust.. and it started. He (and his smile) rode it around the house several times. But, mom has decided a man in his 70's doesn't need a dirt bike, so he asked me to list it on EBAY. He has the original title and registration card as pictured. He also has the original service manual and original key. The battery cover and the end of the exhaust (spark arrestor) were sitting on his work bench when he took these pictures, but he has them. The rear fender and grips are not original... he believes everything else is original. This is a complete almost all original motorcycle you can ride. Please contact with any questions. Original 1968 Yamaha DT1 250 Enduro. This motorcycle is in overall great shape, I would rate it a 7.5 out of 10. With a little minor detail work it would be ready for your next motorcycle show or living room. This bike runs great, starts right up. Just installed new battery. It appears to be mostly original, even has the original Dunlop Trials Universal tires front and rear. Speedometer displays 2492 miles, judging by the overall condition of this 45 year old motorcycle . These first year DT1's are very hard to come by, let alone a nice original one like this.

For sale is an all original, clear title and only a little over 2,200 miles 1981 Honda XL185 enduro. Bike starts up and runs good, just maybe a carb tune and quick cleaning wouldn't be the worst since it hasn't been done since last year. But the bike starts easily in a kick or two, great compression, all original only missing the turn signals and the cover for the front sprocket and has a small chip out of the thread hole but a new one can be installed, do not have it. Other than those two things there are some up close small rust areas, scratches, scuffs, common on an old enduro but in great original shape overall. paint is solid, some scratches on the side panels and exhaust on the rear. great tires on it, nice chrome on rims, clean bike overall, minimal rust. makes a good low mileage example of a Honda xl185, bike looks great for being original.
