We are selling a 1979 BMW R65 in pristine condition with only 4829 original miles. Includes bags (last pictures). Tires are nearly new. This motorcycle looks fresh out of the showroom. This 1979 BMW R65 was custom built by Spirit Lake Cycles in downtown LA. But there's a lot original here as well. The motor has only 30k original miles on it (super low for this year of bike). The tank is still its original champagne color. I recently had Brian at Spirit Lake do a full tune-up on the bike to make sure everything is running tip top. Super fun to ride, and a head-turner. I'd hold on to this bike if I hadn't already gotten myself into another build project. I have the Firestone bobber style tires (pictured) and the original stock tires as well. Buyer can have both sets. Serious inquiries only, please.
