2017 KTM 350 XC-F, 2017 KTM 350 XC-F THE ULTIMATE COMBINATION With the arrival of the new generation 350 XC-F the success story can continue. The nimble but powerful bike comprises of almost as much power as a 450, but with the agility of a 250 so the basic idea is easily summarized, and has been a concept with success from the start. Features may include: ENGINE The new DOHC (Double Overhead Camshaft) engine of the 350 XC-F features a completely new construction in order to make it even more compact and powerful than before. Fitted with the latest electronic fuel injection system, it has a very wide and usable power spread while still delivering high performance. The new design has made the engine 20 mm shorter than before, while reducing the weight by 2 lbs. CYLINDER HEAD The new cylinder head features an improved combustion chamber geometry, two overhead camshafts with a friction-optimized super-fine surface, new finger followers with a 30 % harder DLC coating and high-flow ports. In conjunction with new valve springs and retainers for the four lightweight titanium valves (intake 36.3 mm, exhaust 29.1 mm) the flow rate has been maximized for an optimal power band with more performance across the entire range, which peaks at 13,400 rpm. The peak performance now is at 58 hp. CYLINDER AND PISTON In the redesigned and shorter cylinder, with a bore of 88 mm, works a weight-reduced forged bridged box-type piston made by CP. Its new piston crown geometry is adapted to the new high-compression combustion chamber and stands out with its extra rigid structure and low weight. Thanks to the low oscillating masses, the engine is extremely lively. The compression ratio is 14:1. ELECTRIC STARTER The new 350 XC-F is fitted with an electric starter as standard, which a clear advantage when it comes to crunch time in the heat of battle. A new starter motor made by Mitsuba (modified for easy disassembly) and a weight reduced starter drive guarantees more efficient and reliable starting CLUTCH The highly compact CSS clutch (Coil Spring Steel) features a weight reduced, wear-free steel basket, and now seven instead of eight clutch plates, which are extremely heat resistant due to their steel carrier discs. In addition, a reworked inner hub and a pressure plate guarantees a better oil supply along with even better cooling of the clutch. A smaller master cylinder diameter of the Brembo hydraulic clutch system provides lighter pull and precise modulation CRANKSHAFT The new 350 XC-F's crankshaft is lighter and features a stiffer design than before. It utilizes a shorter connecting rod, contributing to the compact and light engine with a snappy power delivery. This design is a major prerequisite for the extremely high engine speed levels and the unrivalled maximum power of the 350 cm³ engine. Not only that, it enhances the engine's durabi

2014 Harley-Davidson FLHTCU - Electra Glide Ultra Classic, FLHTCU Ultra Classic. Chrome Trim Covers. Saddlebag Grab Rails. Python Mufflers. 2014 Harley-Davidson® Electra Glide® Ultra Classic® When you set out to improve the most respected touring machine on earth, you don't take short cuts and you sure as hell don't accept any limits. The 2014 Harley-Davidson® Electra Glide® Ultra Classic® model FLHTC is a great touring motorcycle for your long distance trips. As part of Project Rushmore the Harley® Ultra Classic® model has been redesigned for 2014 and features a new air-cooled high output Twin Cam 103 Harley® engine with more low-end torque and passing power. It''s mated to a smooth-shifting 6 speed cruise drive transmission for low rpm at highway speeds. For 2014, the Ultra Classic® has improved room and touring comfort for the passenger and redesigned the iconic batwing fairing to reduce head buffeting. Key Features May Include: Project RUSHMORE - Engine As every rider knows, the engine is at the heart of the experience of riding a motorcycle. The amount of torque and horsepower it delivers over the RPM range is in direct proportion to the feeling it gives you when you roll on the throttle. We know what riders want from a motorcycle engine because we ve been building them for 110 years. Project RUSHMORE gave us the opportunity to dial it in just right. We conducted thousands of road tests with real riders giving us feedback to build the next iteration of the legendary Harley-Davidson® engine. New Boom! Box 4.3 Radio Let s start with the big news: 25% more volume for your tunes. The new Boom! Box 4.3 Radio puts out 25 watts per channel at 1% distortion and features a factory-tuned, optimized equalizer that pumps out more power and can be played louder while maintaining the clarity of your sound. And the new speed tuning system delivers more than just volume changes at different speeds. Project RUSHMORE - Confidence Here are some of the innovations The Rider Project led to: the new Reflex Linked Brakes with Anti-lock Braking System. New dual halogen and LED headlamps and fog lamps, brighter Tour-Pak® lighting, brighter turn signals, brighter brake lights, and a new steering head with stiffer front forks. Locked-up tires are now history even when there s wet pavement. We ve made it feel even better to lean your way through a turn. Project RUSHMORE - Styling Project RUSHMORE is the journey we set out on to take our touring motorcycles to places never imagined before to turn all the possibilities for what a motorcycle can be now into true Milwaukee steel. We did it our way, as we ve always done. As riders. Riding with other riders. Thousand of hours, countless road tests, millions of miles. Looking for the technology and innovations t

Up for sale is my Triumph Legend TT 900 1999 cafe racer. Made in Hinckley, UK. Clean Title. Bike is in a secured area so to see it you will have to tell your name, the vehicle you will drive that day and show a valid ID to the security when you come. That bike is not finished but it is way more than a project. It runs and about that runs like hell. All the rear is 100% hand-made by me and despite all the modifications and additions the bike can be totally reverted to original. Seat is a Triumph and I made the fixations. All frame/wheels bearings were changed (steering, rear wheel, front wheel). The chassis is lubed (swing-arm, shock linkage) and there is no extra-play there. Rear rim is a 17'' Excel Takasago extra-large and the tire is a 180/55 ZR 17 (vs 160/60 ZR 17 originally). Both sprockets are new. The fork was rebuilt and contains new oil. All cables were lubed. Gas cable is new. Mufflers are D&D. Foam pods on the carbs. New crankcase vent filter. Engine recently tuned. Tires are good , Front is like new. Rear 60 to 70 %. New euro handlebars, new mirrors, new cushioned grips (Beston). I also have a pair of bar-end mirrors. New headlight fixations rubbers (the ones between the 2 T's). New battery. New blinkers. New horn. All the electrics were followed through and are clean. New rear axle (it is a 2002 "one-piece" model vs the "two-pieces" model on the 1999). The bike comes with the manual, a number of new parts and liquids as seen on the picts. If correct sale price, you would keep the Craftsman lift. I would also give you a pair of steering ultra flat wrenches and the wooden stand. You will be given a number of templates I used to build the rear. As original parts, I have a seat in relatively good shape with its bad cover removed + a rear rotor that is in medium shape. The brake rotors on the bike are excellent. The new owner will have to redo the oil change thread of the sump (currently a plug) and fix or change one of the small water outlets (cheap but there is a pin hole in it). Paint could be better but still really cool like that. The front brake line is the correct length but is not the correct orientation on the reservoir. Based on the age of the bike you should rebuild the brakes but they are both working perfect (I have most of the parts as you can see on the picts). Rubber chain guide and chain will be needed... And that's it. I will take the time to show the potential new owner the good and the wrong. The bike will need to be hauled on a trailer or on a truck. No trades. No warranty. No delivery. No shipping. No returns. I have been working on bikes since 73 and I put all my heart in that build. Payment at my local bank. Thank you for reading.
