I bought this bike 2 years ago from the original owner. 37,xxx original miles. It was sitting for 3 years unridden. I located a S Fairing with brackets. The tank and side covers are still in original paint. Fairing front fender and rear Tail Piece have been repainted. The bike had an aftermarket 1150E fairing that was in poor condition. It goes with the bike along with its frame mount. The stock black exhaust also go with. There's an extra aftermarket seat,stock handlebars,and mirrors also. The bike came with a NOS Vance & Hines Racing4/1 Chrome Exhaust that was still in its original box. New exhaust gaskets. Carbs were disassembled and boiled,needles shimmed and synched. Fresh oil, filter and oil filter gasket. Replaced Fuel Petcock with NOS. Two new Dunlop 404 Tires with new tubes. New Duracell sealed battery. New fork oil and seals. New superbike handlebars with original grips. New Starter handlebar switch. New Vitaloni Mirrors. New spark plugs. Raask Rear Sets and stock foot pegs,mounts and pedals. The bike is complete and runs very well. Charging system puts out 14.1 volts at 3500 rpm. No stator issues. Seat has a split in it. This is not a concours restoration but would be a great starting point for one or just enjoy it the way it is at your local vintage bike shows or bike night.

1983 Suzuki 650 , GS650GL.Color is maroon.Frame covers are black and the fenders are chromeThis is a beautiful example of what is called the "Universal Japanese Motorcycle".I bought it from an old timer in LA,who had it sitting in a garage under a tarp for about 25 years.It had about 4,000 miles on it at the time.I put about 6,000 miles on it since,including two round trips to LA.The bike runs great.New tires and fork seals and clutch cable. It's been tuned and the oil changed regularly. It's a 4 cylinder into 2 exhaust configuration.I also changed the handlebars to ones with a slightly more comfortable angle. The original bars were criticized in reviews when the bike was introduced and the critics were right.The new bars are almost identical but at less of an angle.
