I'm selling my beautiful 1983 Suzuki GS 1100ES that I've had since 1990. I bought it from the original owner and it was all stock. I swapped the engine for a low mile 1986 GS1150 motor and had the crank balanced and blueprinted. Also had the trans back-cut and it shifts perfect. It has 36mm Mikuni flat-slides, K&N air filters, Vance & Hinds header & clutch basket, new clutch plates and springs, dyna coils and Taylor spark plug wires. Chassis mods include a custom polished aluminum 4" over aluminum swing-arm with 530 chain conversion and a 3.5" tubeless back wheel from a 1986 GS1150 with new bearings to replace the skinny 2.5" stock wheel. It runs great and I have most of the stock parts except for the exhaust. I have an extra set of body parts and thats why there are pics of the bike in the custom candy red and also the factory stock blue and white paint, you get both! Many spare parts come with the deal. This is a one of a kind bike and it pains me to sell it but I'm an older guy with a Goldwing and I almost never ride the GS which is why it only has 19,500 miles. Its a beauty and a bargain when you consider everything thats included. It's a fast bike and very comfortable. To me, the GS1100 was the greatest superbike ever!

GS1100E, Performance King of 1980, even faster than a Honda CBX.  Except for a performance exhaust header and a brand new premium reproduction seat cover from the well known seat manufacturer Sargents, this bike seems to be a stock GS1100E.  GS1100’s was the best you could buy in 1980.  They were known to be very fast, smooth, and comfortable to ride long distances. The gas tank is excellent, its stock paint is unfaded, and it has no deep scratches or dents.  Pin striping is very good everywhere. The fenders are straight and unbent, handlebars straight.  Headlight, tail light, turn signals and brake lights all work. All wiring appears to be stock. It has the nicks and scratches on the underframe that you would expect for a motorcycle in a northern climate. The speedo,  tachometer, warning lights and fuel gauge work, as well as its illumination, see the pictures.    Its throttle, clutch action and gear shifting works as they should.  It had a new Yuasa high performance battery last fall.  The battery is also pre-wired for a quick connect for a battery tender. Attached are videos of me starting and riding it last fall.  It runs strong.  It was too fast for me to really take it out and open it up fully, but you can hear it running strong.  I have had it running this spring. What does it need? The bike is 27 years old and if you want it for a daily rider, you should put some work into it. Tires have decent tread and hold air well, but I wouldn’t take a long trip on them. A performance bike like this should have new tires. The front fender being plastic has some alligatoring and loss of paint as shown in the pictures. Both front and rear brakes work and bring it to a stop smoothly, but the lines should probably be bled out and fluid replaced. I have two videos for you to see, one in April last year, a second one in September. You will note that in the second video it is running much smoother, as I put a new K&N Filter on it. It has a performance exhaust which could break your eardrums if you aren’t careful. However I do have an Original GS1100E exhaust system that I bought on Ebay for $300 that will go with the sale.

1982 Suzuki GS 1100, Original Survivor!! The GS1100 is one of those classic four cylinder bikes form days gone by. the bike makers of today simply don't make bikes like this any more. Vance & Hines exhaust gives a classic sound and performance. The 1100 is a downright unassuming workhorse. It does everything extremely well and in an extremely effortless way. Handling is neutral and with an emphasis on stability. Performance can easily be described as awsome, with a good power curve from way down. We did install new tires on it, both the front, and the rear!! This bike is easy to maintain and easy to accessorize. Features found on the GS1100G that are attractive to the used motorcycle buyer include long lasting engine, large comfortable seat and low maintenance shaft drive. You just cant go wrong with this one! Be sure to visit to see this, and other motorcycles and ATVs! We are your one stop store for your all your powersport needs!

I bought this bike 2 years ago from the original owner. 37,xxx original miles. It was sitting for 3 years unridden. I located a S Fairing with brackets. The tank and side covers are still in original paint. Fairing front fender and rear Tail Piece have been repainted. The bike had an aftermarket 1150E fairing that was in poor condition. It goes with the bike along with its frame mount. The stock black exhaust also go with. There's an extra aftermarket seat, stock handlebars, and mirrors also. The bike came with a NOS Vance & Hines Racing4/1 Chrome Exhaust that was still in its original box. New exhaust gaskets. Carbs were disassembled and boiled, needles shimmed and synched. Fresh oil, filter and oil filter gasket. Replaced Fuel Petcock with NOS. Two new Dunlop 404 Tires with new tubes. New Duracell sealed battery. New fork oil and seals. New superbike handlebars with original grips. New Starter handlebar switch. New Vitaloni Mirrors. New spark plugs. Raask Rear Sets and stock foot pegs, mounts and pedals. The bike is complete and runs very well. Charging system puts out 14.1 volts at 3500 rpm. No stator issues. Seat has a split in it. This is not a concours restoration but would be a great starting point for one or just enjoy it the way it is at your local vintage bike shows or bike night.
