Up for sale, A 1983 GS1100E Classic Muscle Bike. This was the preferred drag bike in its day and was about the fastest thing on the street. It was the all time great muscle bike of its time. Very fast. This bike is in excellent condition, paint is perfect, side covers perfect, seat redone and perfect, no dents, no rips no damage whatsoever. Vance and Hines 4 into 1 header, rejetted just recently and carbs rebuilt. Starts right up and runs strong. Approx 25k miles. NOTE: the light patch on the seat is a reflection from the mirror. Selling my 1983 GS1100E with 20,500 miles and a clean title. After I bought the bike last year, I had thorough maintenance and work done it end to end by a mechanic who specializes in vintage japanese motorcycles (you can see the maintenance listed below)...the bike runs and rides awesome! The bike is kept in my garage year round, it absolutely kills me to sell it but I don't have the time to ride anymore. It is almost all original with exception to a few aftermarket parts which are listed below, with the exception to the exhaust I have the original parts that were replaced so the bike can be brought back to factory specs. The only thing the bike needs is new front turn signals, the factory signals do not fit with the after market handle bars I put on it this spring, (the few times I rode this year, I used hand signals...tisk tisk). You can buy universal turn signals hook them up and will be good to go. If you are a serious buyer call 781-473- three-two-six-six. Price is pretty firm, rare to find this classic muscle bike in such original condition. The engine was breathed on and the styling changed to be reminiscent of the early-80's Katana's, combining speed with function and styling. Power in 1982 was 108bhp@8500rpm, with torque of 67.6@6500. Selling a 1983 Suzuki GS1100E motorcycle. This bike is in excellent condition top to bottom and was well taken care of it's whole life. This bike runs great and has a ton of power. It was dyno'd at 99 RWHP and it definately runs strong. It was built to be a reliable daily driver while keeping up with any modern bike. It has a K&N filter pod kit, period correct exhaust, jetted carbs, and a Lockhart oil cooler. The electrical system has all been upgraded with Electrex Stator, Electrex RR9 regulator/rectifier, brake alert modulater, and K&S turn signal kit. The brakes were replaced recently and a Paragon PPB stainless braided brake line kit was added. The suspension was fully upgraded with Progressive and Marzocchi top of the line parts. Seat was replaced with custom matching Sargent seat ($600) and it is in perfect shape. Tires are like new Avon AM26 tires. Cosmetically, the bike is in excellent condition and has never been wrecked, dropped, or laid down. The paint shines like new and even the black factory engine and accessory paint is sharp. Most of these you see are pretty faded but not this one. There is one small chip in the paint on the front fender that is so small I couldn't get it to show up in the picture. Just want to be completely honest. This bike is ready to ride right now. Hop on it, hold on, and go. I never raced it or rode hard but more just liked it for the old school look that it has. The brakes, clutch, trans, and motor all work like they should. All gauges and lights work. $100 paypal deposit is due within 48 hours and full payment is due in cash in person within 7 days unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to the auction end.
