I have bought, refurbished and sold 1st Gen (81-83) Viragos for the last 8 years. I bought this motorcycle for parts a year ago but other priorities have come up and it has been in my storage locker, untouched since then. It has plenty of good parts on it. The starter assembly and flywheel alone are worth my asking price. Everything looks straight and accident-free. It was on a porch for years, but it's a California bike so most parts should clean up nicely. If you can't find $400 worth of parts on this bike, you aren't trying. I included a Best Offer option but don't hurt me too bad. I have to pay $60 to EBay. The bike comes with a bill of sale. It does not come with a title. The back fee to register it in CA is around $600. If you're taking it out of state you may be able to register it, but you need to do your own research. It runs great, and has recently had the engine swapped from a 1982 XV750 to a 1992 XV1100; hence why it is listed as a 1982 XV1100 (even though they don't exist.) Customization include: PWK 32MM Carburetors High-Compression XV1100 Engine (920 heads) Dime City Cycles headlight Hand built subframe from cold rolled steel tubing. Lithium-ion battery.
