1981 Yamaha Xs650 , For sale is my 1981 Yamaha XS-650. It has 6.X thousand miles on the odometer, although it is not the original. It has a clean Oklahoma title. The bike has some cafe racer stylings like the seat, handlebars, gauge area, and removed front fender. I still have the chrome front fender that will come with the bike. This classic bike turns heads wherever I go and people constantly ask questions about it. I drive it to work and around town a for short trips but now I just had my second child and I just don't have the time to ride it and could use the money elsewhere. This is a 1981 and comes with the usual things any older bike or car does. It smells like a motor, leaks a little oil, and isn't perfect by any means. It's a cool, old, Yamaha 650 that I can guarantee you will never see one that looks the same. I recently had the stator and charging system replaced with brand new. 1981 Yamaha Xs650 , Rebuilt top to bottom, inside and out. Pma, balistic battery, pamco ignition,Hughs rephase crank/cam w/ upgraded hardened rods, Hughs speedster pipes, new top end(yamaha pistons bored 2 over),trans bearings, cam chain, cam chain tensioners, reground valve seats, cleaned up the intake and exhaust port casting marks/irregularities for better flow, chain/sprocket, new tires/tubes,wheel/neck/swingarm bearings, forks rebuilt, calipers rebuilt,master cylinder rebuilt, trail tech speedo, pro taper bars, harley bagger rear shocks, custom neoprene foam hand tooled leather seat, BRIGHT led tail lights,monstercraftsman brat kit, Everything has been powder coated. kick only, as of right now it has 40miles on it since the rebuild and i will continue to ride it till it sells. bought it as a project when I lived close to work. I now commute 58 miles...one way Im a motorcycle tech by trade. $5,000.00

1981 Yamaha Xs650 , This bike was built using a 1981 XS650 Special as a starting point. The frame has been completely re-worked and given a new tail section with an R1 mono-shock set-up. Endless hours of fabrication work have been done and then it all got media blasted and powder coated in satin black. The engine has been re-built with completely new top end and all seals and cases have been powder coated in titanium silver. The tank and seat have been painted in a custom metallic black & blue using MATRIX systems finish with multiple clear coats. It looks amazing!
