1979 TRIUMPH BONNEVILLE 750 "SPECIAL EDITION" I GOT THIS BIKE IN 1983 (2ND OWNER) AT THE AGE OF 15 YEARS OLD. THIS WAS/IS MY PRIDE AND JOY AND WAS THE BEGINNING OF A LIFE TIME LOVE OF MOTORCYCLES. BIKE IS NOT PERFECT, BUT IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE MILEAGE, IT BECAME MORE OF A SENTIMENTAL BIKE THAN ONE THAT WAS RIDDEN VERY OFTEN. IT HAS BEEN STORED INSIDE IT'S ENTIRE LIFE. OF ALL THE BIKES I OWN, THIS ONE SEEMS TO ALWAYS GET THE MOST ATTENTION. BIKE IS FRESH OFF A RECENT SERVICE. THE SPECIAL EDITION CAME WITH ALLOY WHEELS AND DISTINCTIVE BLACK AND GOLD PIN STRIPING. ROUTINELY STARTS ON THE 2ND OR 3RD KICK. NO ELECTRIC START. IT'S VINTAGE TRIUMPH WITH THE DISTINCTIVE TRIUMPH SOUND. ONLY CHANGES I'M AWARE OF FROM ORIGINAL ARE THE PIPES. I BOUGHT THIS BIKE THIS WAY AND DO NOT HAVE ORIGINAL PIPES. IT MAKES NO SENSE TO CONTINUE HOLDING ON TO THIS GEM WHEN IT JUST DOESN'T GET RIDDEN. WANT A CLASSIC TRIUMPH, THIS IS THE ONE. **SHIPPING IS ENTIRELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!! I WILL MAKE MYSELF AVAILABLE TO MAKE LOADING AS EASY AS POSSIBLE, BUT AGAIN, FINDING A SHIPPER IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING. I'LL DO MY BEST TO ANSWER THEM. WOULD LOVE TO SEE THIS GO TO A GOOD HOME, SOMEONE WHO APPRECIATES A TRIUMPH. PLEASE LOOK AT PICTURES CAREFULLY, WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET.
