Took great care of it when I was riding. Swore I'd never sell it. Looks almost new but stored for too long. Hasn't run in 15 years. This would be an overhaul project for sure. Maroon 750 Special.

1978 Yamaha XS750D, 1978 Yamaha XS750E Absolutely amazing condition and runs like a dream. 18,981 original miles. Inside of tank is completely clean. Bike was always stored indoors in a heated garage and the paintwork and chrome work show this definitively! Hardly any pitting at all. Exhaust has no rust and only one small dent. Bike was never crashed or knocked over. Shaft drive with a 5 speed transmission. Good clutch and brakes work well. Tires in good shape. All lights and electronics work as they should. Comes with easily detachable windshield. Small tear in seat cover. The sound of the 750 triple exhaust is absolutely incredible. I am the third owner of the bike. The previous owner purchased it in 1999 from the original owner and the bike comes with an original Yamaha factory key. Clean NJ title $2,750.00 or best offer 973-476-4872

1978 Yamaha Xs750 , 1978 yamaha xs750 stripped down and built from the ground up. Has like 200 miles on the rebuild New seals, all painted left the tank bare because i like it that way. New cables, new battery all about a year ago.if you see it you can tell. Havent had time to ride it so need to get rid of it. Been sittin for a month run great but should have a carb clean/adjustment. Very small oil leak out of a wire cant remember the name of the part can call mechanic and ask him. Cheap and easy fix havent had time to fix it nor is it a big deal leaks a drop or two every now and then. I go to the desert more often if you have a 4 stroke honda yamaha or kawasaki plus some cash between $1000-$1200 i will be willing to trade. Its loud and its nice. 1978 Yamaha Xs750 SF, 1978 xs750 triple cafe style. Carbs have been cleaned, and many new parts have been added over the winter/spring. Asking $1500 obo, would be willing to take trades as well. 1978 Yamaha Xs750 SF, Replaced the oil/filter/spark plugs Replaced the front fork seals Replaced all dry rotted rubber in engine Rebuilt Carbs Replaced original brake lines to stainless steel Rebuilt brake calipers and replaced brake pads Reshimmed the valves Synced the carbs Replaced the rear tire Repainted the gas tank and side panels Switched the petcocks from vacuum petcocks (had a history of failing on the models) to manual This bike starts and runs like a top. This summer I have rode her to West Virginia and back, Chicago, and all over. Great bike. Shaft drive and triple engine. Will take you to hell and back with continued love and care. $1,300.00

1978 Yamaha 750 XS triple motorcycleVintage motorcycle, 15,500 actual miles. (Only 150,000 built) In excellent mechanical condition, runs great. Has been stored and covered for the last 15 years; only brought out occasionally to be started, ridden short distances and maintained. Drive shaft drive. In original condition, all lights and turn signals work, original Tach and Speedometer. Seat has been restitched but is the original seat. Front brake trends to stick on occasion.
