This is a great BMW K100 and gets compliments and attention everywhere you go. I hate to sell it, but I'm not riding it and it deserves to be ridden. I developed a problem with my hands that has gotten worse and if I ride for more than about 30 minutes my hands start to go numb. That makes it no fun to ride for me personally. The problem with my hands is unrelated to the bike. The bike is a 1986 K100 that has had all of the front fairing removed and the headlight replaced. The Cafe Racer conversion was done by someone else. I did convert it to LED flashers with resistor packs. BMW has a sophisticated bulb monitoring system that works well but is a pain to remove or jump around, so the resistor packs are a simple way to make the flashers work properly and be LED. Bike has brand new Metzger Lasertec's on it with less than 100 miles on them. I had them mounted and balanced in March. The work was done by Houston Motorcycle Exchange. I had them check the bike while they had it and they noted a small oil leak from the valve cover. Over the course of a couple of weeks you wind up with a quarter sized spot of oil under the bike. Not really worth messing with at this point. Bike runs great and has no mechanical issues that I am aware of. Previous owner did the cafe racer conversion and did all of the regular preventative mainentance at the time including spine lube, new rear shock, new front shock boots/oil, etc. The only problems I have had with the bike are the trip odometer stopped working so I replaced the speedometer with one from a K75, and there are some caps on vacuum tubes on the throttle bodies that I replaced. If the caps come off the bike will run fine and idle a little rough at a stop light. Bike has LED cluster lighting which was done by the previous owner. I also replaced the horn with a pair of Piaa horns that are loud as hell.... loud enough to interrupt a cell phone conversation in an SUV. :) My understanding is that the bike was laid down at some point in it's history and the insurance company totaled it which is how it got it's salvage title. Bike is smooth well beyond the posted speed limit. :) Bike includes a battery maintainer. Test ride is allowed with full payment. Due to the ease with which one can layover a bike you need to own it before you ride it. On that note, this is a heavy bike, probably 650 pounds. If you are not local I'm happy to let your preferred shipper pick it up. If you have any questions please ask before buying or making an offer. Mileage is unknown. Odometer that it came with had 102,000 on the clock, not sure if that was original or not. Odometer on it now has 32,500 on the clock. The VDO odometer in the K series is notoriously unreliable so it has probably been changed more than once. eBay is forcing me to put a number in the listing. The legal documentation is that the odometer is beyond mechanical limits. Video of the horns:

Condition:Used Year:1977 Exterior Color:Black Make:Yamaha Engine Size (cc):650 bored to 750 Model:XS Mileage:1,360 This is a completely rebuilt 1977 Yamaha XS 650 twin, which has been bored to 750cc. It was built by Greg Hageman, formerly of Doc's Chops and was featured in the March 2012 issue of Café Racer Magazine. I actually don't ride motorcycles, but bought it to put in my living room as a piece of art. I let a buddy take it around the block once, so it's only had 10 miles put on it in the last year and a half. I'm moving to the Caribbean, and have decided to sell it as well as a few cars before we leave. This bike has been inside of a climate controlled garage and is as good or better than new condition with little to no signs of wear. Bike has electric and kick start and fires instantly. Has the best of everything and is built to ride. Completely rebuilt motor. No leaks. Carbs and starter are new and work great, fires fast and idles and rides perfectly. Black paint on tank is flawless. Frame and other parts have been black powder coated. Acewell electronic speedometer with 1,360 miles. Bridgestone front and rear tires. (Front 3.25 X 19, Rear 130 X 80 X 18) Wheels are polished aluminum with new bearings. Brakes are also new. Wiring and turn signals by Badlands. Tarrozzi rear sets and clip ons from Dime City Cycle. New suspension, front and rear. Greg Hageman is one of the leading bike builders in the country. He has had many bikes featured in magazines and has been on Café Racer several times. You will not find a nicer XS. Email me on [email protected] Free shipping

2016 Triumph Bonneville Thruxton R, 2016 Triumph Bonneville Thruxton R with only 125 miles, like new and the most powerful member of the Bonneville family! This cafe racer-style bike claims a healthy 96 horsepower (at a relatively low 6,750 rpm) and 83 pound/feet of torque (at 4,950 rpm). In other words, this is a torque monster that should be more than quick enough around town and on the highway. The 17" spoked wheels carry tubeless Pirellis, fully adjustable suspension (including Öhlins shocks) and Brembo monobloc front calipers.

2013 Harley-Davidson Forty-Eight , I'm parting with this awesome bike after a full 2 wonderful years with each other. This baby right here is handdown the best bike i've ever own, and i've had about 8 bikes prior to this one. This right here is a 2013 Harley Davidson Sportster 48. 1200cc It currently has 5283 miles. Perfect conditions, garage kept and well maintenance. In fact, it has a Harley Davidson tires and engine maintenance package, which is fully transferable to the new owner too. Modifications on it: New pipe ( not sure of brand because it was a giveaway): but it does it job and brings a nice low rumble that isn't too obnoxiously loud. Roland Sand Cafe racer seat New air intake from HD Side saddle bag Passenger pegs Overall it's a beautiful machine. I dont really plan to part with it, but i'm running out of space in my garage and i dont use it enough to justify keeping it. call/text at seven-one-three-seven-zero-three-nine-five-three-one $8,500.00

THIS BIKE is for anyone who loves the look of a classic Triumph model from the 1960's, with the performance of a more modern motorcycle. If you are in the Houston area, I can arrange a meet to check this bike out yourself. 3 cylinders, six speeds, 885 ccs, 82 hp, Keihin carburetors, good-looking after-market pipes. --- + --- IT IS A NAKED BIKE - when you roll the throttle, hang on, because nothing is going to be between you and the wind. I have been up to 127 mph with this baby before I felt like I was going to turn into a parachute. If you enjoy a bike with a serious sound to it, this may be the bike for you. This thing roars. I never use the horn because I have never, ever needed to use it to let cars know that I am near them. --- + --- MECHANICALLY AND ELECTRICALLY, I have taken good care of the bike, doing half the maintenance myself and half at professional shops. In anticipation of making it available, in July of 2015 I treated it to a complete professional workover at the legendary Iron Mike's shop in Bacliff, TX (worth the ride), including the following services: full carburetor overhaul, gas tank flush and de-rust, fuel filter and petcock replacement, new tires (Pirelli Diablo Rosso II Black), full inspection and fluid change, including chain inspection. --- + --- I LOVE THIS BIKE, and I can't believe I am selling it. I bought this bike in 2001, and I put about 12000 of my own miles on it for work riding and fun. From 2002 to 2005 I rode it only for fun, but since 2005 it waited in my garage while I moved on to other interests. Something always kept me from selling it, but now that I want a machine shop in my limited workspace, it's time for my baby to have a new owner. Today, the bike has 27166 miles on it (but it might get a few more while I force myself to say goodbye). The title is clear, it is fully registered and state inspected as of August 2015, and is running in great condition. --- + --- THE COSMETICS are in good/great condition, with only a couple of minor exceptions: 1) I dropped the bike once at about 10 mph, and the gas tank has a minor ding on the right side from where the turn signal dented it. 2) When I used to race this bike in 2001, I was able to lean over so far that the aluminum pegs have a nice "machined" angle at the tips. I consider this evidence that you can have a lot of fun on this bike. --- + --- REGARDLESS OF THE LIMITED RUN, I have never had a problem getting parts for this bike, so you get the best of both worlds - cafe-racer nostalgia and modern maintainability. If you are new to riding, know that this was my first bike, too, and I loved it. If you are a veteran rider, you know that this bike is one set of handlebars away from being the cafe racer of your dreams. Looking forward to anyone who is interested.
