It is a steel construction and all parts interchange with the original. The Steibs are the highest quality and meet German TUV safety standards. The S500 was made for motorcycles 400 ccm and larger. Its typical rocket shaped body made from 8 steel plates trimmed in polished aluminum gives it a stylish flair. The boat with its roomy trunk space and adjustable spring suspension system makes it the perfect sidecar for long trips. The seamless tube frame is embellished in front and on top with polished aluminum piping. The wheel is outfitted with a swing axel and rubber shock absorbers. The S500 has a trunk lid that opens. For long-trips an original luggage rack can be mounted to the back of the sidecar.

Excellent Condition bike that has not been off road more than a few miles on a dirt road. Comes with Mirage 2 fairing and adjustable windscreen with 2 screens. This is the perfect dual sport bike, with virtually every upgrade and after-market performance accessory one can buy. This top-of-the-line machine is ready for both asphalt and dirt with maxed-out performance and style. It is in near-perfect condition (some blemishes are noted below) with only 8,790 miles on it. 95% of those have been on pavement. I put on Heidenau K60 tires about 250 miles ago, so they are just broken in. She’s ready for some serious dual sport fun. In addition to the extraordinary features of the high-end XRx model (Iisted below), this stand-out bike has these add-on accessories (with purchase prices noted): Heed Crash Bars … made in Poland and best in class for this bike ($250). They protect both the engine and the entire faring. I custom powder-coated the bars in Forest Green, and also did the rear handle bars and pannier mounting kit to match. Puig Adjustable High Screen Kit ($295) Heated Grip Kit ($250) Aluminum Radiator Guard ($149) Expedition Top Box Sliding Carriage ($175) Expedition Aluminum Panniers (74-Liters) ($900) Expedition Aluminum Panniers Mounting Kit ($350) Rox 2” Pivot Risers ($85) 15T Sprocket (front) ($50) Booster Plug ($150) Heated Grips ($120) SW-MOTECH Aluminum Skid Plate ($280) LED Foglights ($150) Centerstand ($220) I had my mechanics add a Booster Plug (https://www.boosterplug.com/shop/triumph-tigers-39c1.html) which really kicked up the power throughout the rev range. I also had them install a new front sprocket with one less tooth than the standard model. This also significantly boosts HP on the lower end, which is perfect for off-road performance. There are only a couple of cosmetic blemishes: a slightly bent aluminum skid plate (it did what it was supposed to do when I kissed a small rock off-road). I didn’t replace it because they get scratched up anyway off-road. There are also a couple of minor scratches on the lower polycarbonate faring (barely visible … acquired them in a 2-day dual sport training course). If you’ve been off-road, you’ll see that these are very minor wears. Having built the perfect dual-sport beast, why am I selling this gem? My wife wants to take long trips with me now, so I’m in the market for a 1600cc bike that likes extra-long trips over pavement only with 2 adults.The price is $12,900 if you don’t want the Triumph Expedition panniers and the pannier mounting kit. If you want them (and they are an awesome accessory that you will probably want to add anyway), the bike will cost $13,900. I’m firm on the price as I know how unique this bike is, it’s top-shelf condition, low miles, and the fact that $3,400 of extras have been added to it. I bought it out of his personal Collection of 100's of Bikes.5100 miles. Diamond cut heads, Comp pipe ( all original exhaust included). Custom paint & chrome, frame off customization. New tires. This Bonneville T120R has been in the family since 1967 and purrs beautifully on the first kick. This old girl has a history.In 1970 it was in a crash and the frame was replaced with a 1968 T120R frame and the remaining parts have, according to family remained the same since then.I moved it from Seattle to Denver where I had Vintage Twin tune it up for thinner air and it runs beautifully. I had the horn and the high/low beam and horn switch replaced recently and did over $1000 of tuning and needed little fixes.Have most service and registration records since the 70's and also have the 1972 Haynes Triumph Workshop Manual.

Hello, this is a very clean 90% + restored Ariel 500 single. (restored to its road racing days). The bike was originally raced back in the 1950's / 60's, and then again in the vintage class in the 1980's. The bike has many of the modifications common to a bike like this. It also has a completely rebuilt engine and trans with zero miles on them. The bike was completely disassembled in 2012 and everything was inspected / cleaned / refinished in addition to any machine work needed. The engine has a new sleeve, piston, rings, cam, crank brgs. The head is a big valve alloy unit with new valves and guides. It has a rebuilt lucas racing magneto with a super hot spark. Frame and girder fork are original Ariel units, frame number BP1878. Girder has a gas shock mod in place of the original spring. Wheels are newly built with alloy rims and stainless spokes. New Avon tires. Bike has alloy fenders. Gas tank is nice, oil pressure gauge and tach on gauge are present but not hooked up (tach needs 90 degree drive from cable to clock). The bike is wired with a working headlight and tail / brake light, and runs off battery. Bike has a clean Colorado title, bill of sale will be included. This bike has oil in it and I regularly kick it over by hand to circulate the oil. I am selling for health reasons. This bike has not been started since all the work was done as I'm not able to kick it over due to knee problems. There has been no gas in the tank since being cleaned and lined. This is an easy finish for someone, I'd just like it to go to someone who will finish it and appreciate it. This bike took first place in the British bike show here in Denver last year. Other than taking it to that show no one has ever seen it. Shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. I will help any way I can from this end. New taillight, new battery, new handle bar, new front caliper, new forward master cylinder, seat, new front wheel bearings, new oil tank mounts, new fuel line, new mirror, new throttle and cable. Will run with new wiring and ignition coil.Being sold as is. I hate to part with it as it is has sentimental value but I no longer have the time or the work space. Thanks!
