2006 Honda CRF 450x converted to a road legal motorcyle Updated to 2012 model year This bike is very well mannered, quiet, no popping, looks like a rand new factory dual sport. Compare: drz400. 32 horsepower. 319lbs. $4200 wr250r. 26 horsepower. 296 lbs. $4500 crf450x. 49 horsepower. 269 lbs. $5500 The crf450x blows other road legal bikes out of the water. That is why this bike is worth the money, and that is why so many people are trying to get through dmv. I doubt you will find a cleaner conversion than this bike. All the connections are Japanese bullet connectors which are all soldered to the wires. All good parts were used. This is a professional build. Long term reliability. Very low hours, had the original front tire when I put the dual sport tires on this week. 100% d.o.t. legal coversion which follows the chp rule book on vehicle code. Has been properly run through california dmv with the dot inspection. Lights, brakes, dot tires, mirror, speedometer, emissions, all to spec. Clean California MOTORCYCLE title pink slip in my name, in hand. It is really a must see to appreciate bike.
