BMW GS 1150 - $7000 O.B.O - I have owned this bike for 2 years. It runs and drive great! I love this bike! There is no other bike that compares to a GS. This bike has all of the bells and whistles. Heated grips, Aluminum saddle bags, Auxillary head lights, Custom seat. I never planned on getting rid of the bike but I have fallen on hard times and MUST sell it.
OKAY AIRHEAD FANS...HERE IS A BEAUTIFUL 1992 EURO SPEC R80GS. LOW MILES AT 6000 (9000KM) SPEEDO IS IN KM. THIS BIKE IS IN NEAR MINT CONDITION WITH ONLY A FEW VERY MINOR BLEMISHES...THE ONLY NOTICEABLE ONE IS WHERE A TIE DOWN RUBBED OFF SOME OF THE YELLOW PAINT ON THE CRASH BAR. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS...NEAR PERFECT. TANK IS PERFECT. RIMS ARE EXCELLENT WITH ONLY A COUPLE OF SMALL RUBS. SPOKES PERFECT...NO CORROSION WHATSOEVER. I OWN SEVERAL R80GS MODELS...ONE OF THEM IS A 1981 WITH ONE MILE ON IT!!!! BUT THIS ONE IS THE SECOND NICEST IN MY HERD. RUNS LIKE NEW. HEATED GRIPS WORK PERFECTLY. NICE KRAUSER BAGS WITH FUNCTIONING LOCKS. BRAND NEW SINGLE SEAT...IN PERFECT CONDITION. TIRES ARE LIKE NEW. EVERY LIGHT WORKS. STARTER FUNCTIONS PERFECTLY. CHARGING SYSTEM IS EXCELLENT AND BATTERY IS 6 MONTHS OLD. 2005 BMW r1200gs; 42,xxx well cared for miles, in excellent condition. Mechanically excellent- all mechanical checks welcome. A few scuffs on tank trim, right crash bar, clutch handle (see pics)- nothing major.Former owner spent thousands in modifications: it's currently configured as a 'super moto'- free flow exhaust & muffler, slightly lower handle bar, sport screen, 17" front wheel, wider rear wheel & tire. Low profile tail light assembly with LED brake light & turn signals, low profile rear fender; front fender & center stand removed (and included in sale) removed for a sleek look. I'm selling my 2007 R1200GS. I've owned the bike since December 2012 and am the second owner. The bike was originally purchased at MAX BMW's New Hampshire location and traded in towards a new GS by the original owner. The bike was regularly serviced by the original owner with MAX, and I have continued the same regular maintenance.
