The smoothest go-anywhere motorcycle that is comfortable to tour for hours on highways and back roads, and has a dynamic suspension that can be changed for forest service roads and even trails. These bikes are known for their outstanding handling characteristics, responsive turn in, and remarkable agility. Those attributes are paired with big brakes that whoa the powerful and iconic 1200 cc 4 valve high compression 105 HP 8000 RPM boxer design twin cyliner engine that is one of the best motorcycle engine ever made. That is roughly 1 HP per 5.3 lbs of motorcycle that provides throttle response in any gear that's in a class of its own. Yet with normal maintenance these engines rack up miles consistent with a car; rountinely 100K miles or better. This bike at 22,355 miles is barely broken in, has ABS, traction control (on or off), adjustable springs and shocks, heated grips, and a unique telelever front suspension.
