I have a Yamaha XS1100 Special for sale. It is a 1979 with 22000 miles on the odometer. Runs and rides fine. The tires have plenty of tread left. This bike has an aftermarket "King and Queen" seat that you don't see very often on these bikes. No rips or tears in the seat. The paint isn't perfect on the bike but it looks good from ten feet. I pointed out in one of the photos the biggest paint blemish. I have a clean and clear title in my hands and two keys. I also have a few spare seals and a couple of spare kickstarters in case you want to put one permanently on the bike. I've owned the bike for four years now. It's been a lot of fun but I don't ride it much anymore. This is a fun and fast bike. When it was originally manufactured, it put out 100 horsepower. Up at this altitude and 37 years later, I would guess it's putting out around 80 HP now. Plenty of power to wheelie if you want to. Cash in my hand for a test ride.

Stock# 7092061977 Yamaha XS650The Yamaha XS650 is a mid-size motorcycle made by Yamaha Motor Company. The standard model was introduced in 1968 and produced through 1979. The "Special" cruiser model was introduced in 1978 and produced through 1985. The XS650 began with the 1955 Hosk SOHC 500 twin. After about 10 years of producing 500 twin, Hosk engineers designed a 650 cc twin. Later the Hosk company was acquired by Showa Corporation, and in 1960 Yamaha had bought Showa with Hosk's early design of 650 cc twin.When the Yamaha XS 650 was launched in 1968 it had one of the most advanced engines in its class of large parallel twin motorcycles. The engine and gearbox are unit construction with the crankcase split horizontally for ease of assembly whereas almost all contemporaries in its class in 1968 are either unit construction with a vertically split crankcase or pre-unit construction with separate engine and gearbox. The XS650's engine was used in AMA Professional Dirt Track Racing by national champion Kenny Roberts. 1980 Yamaha Xs850 SG, I have a 1980 Yamaha xs850 with a bored motor so I believe it is running in the 900 cc range. I have completely overhauled the motor, carbs have been rebuilt with all new jets that accommodate the pod filter upgrade and the straight pipes. I also put new bars, grips, mirrors, headlight, tail light with license plate bracket, new led marker lights, and new rear shocks. I have a lot of time in this bike, but the doctor told me that it would be best if I don't ride for a while due to my back problems. It has a clear title. I am asking 3000 obo, or I would trade for a car or truck but it has to be automatic. $3,000.00 3032691295

1980 Yamaha Xs850 , I have a 1980 xs850 with a freshly rebuilt and bored out motor, newly rebuilt carbs with bigger jets to accommodate for the pod filter upgrade and the custom exhaust. Also has new bars, grips, mirrors, headlight, tail light with license plate bracket, led marker lights and new rear shocks. Tires are near new. Has custom seat. The bike is a 1980 Yamaha xs650 that has been fully restored and customized. It has a 277 degree rephased engine, capacitor, permanent magnet alternator, kickstart only, electronic ignition, keihin 32 carbs, merged header, super trap muffler, overdrive 5th gear, renthal handle bars, ODI grips, ODI stem, drilled rotors, drilled wheels, custom cut tiress, custom seat, custom lighting, Baja Designs headlight, VW hella tailight, custom everyting. I built this machine in the winter of 2014....its low milage and in good shape. Everything is fresh, it sounds great , & rips. Would trade for an aircooled Volkswagen, or a flathead Ford.
