This is a Classic Yamaha Triple, it only has 9882 miles, which is incredibly low for a bike of this age. This bike needs nothing mechanically and runs and rides amazing. It is 850cc of pure fun, as comfortable as a cruiser on the highway, as responsive and quick as a sportbike in the twisties. This is the Midnight special edition with black and gold everything, all the emblems are intact and all the trim is in great shape. Owned bike for 8 years, hasn't been ridden in approximately 5. Stored in a garage and started periodically to set out side for sale. Have various part to go with the bike as well as the original air box. 1980 Yamaha Xs850 SG, I have a 1980 Yamaha xs850 with a bored motor so I believe it is running in the 900 cc range. I have completely overhauled the motor, carbs have been rebuilt with all new jets that accommodate the pod filter upgrade and the straight pipes. I also put new bars, grips, mirrors, headlight, tail light with license plate bracket, new led marker lights, and new rear shocks. I have a lot of time in this bike, but the doctor told me that it would be best if I don't ride for a while due to my back problems. It has a clear title.
