Here we have a gorgeously rebuilt 1958 Willys Wagon for sale. It underwent a complete frame off restoration to include sandblasting, new paint and rebuilding its engine, transmission and nearly every part. She is ready to drive or enjoy on the trail or farm. We bought this Willys restored and have gently put 2K miles on her driving sunday afternoons. She has been cared for and garaged when not in use. Features: - Electric ignition - Electric wipers - Mini high torque starter - Rebuilt 226 engine with 5k miles - Converted to 12V - New gauges/interior - New clutch/tranny - Custom trailer hitch - Spare tire lights/gauges/wipers work -Oak runners -Near new tires -New windows/trim - others too much to remember/ask This is a 58 jeep, and with the 226 engine and Dana 44 axles (4.27 gear ratio) she has plenty of torque and power in a low gear. Meaning you can put her in low and climb a mountain or pull a ton but she will max out at about 55mph on the highway, which was what these were designed for. An after market overdrive will get you faster if that is what you want. There are a few small dings and small rust spots not really worth a mention, as pictured. Has been in storage a number of years, will need new tires, and carb adjustment. Has New battery, and windshield wipers work. Have new headliner in box, and all window glass is in good condition.Has minor rust in rear floorboard. But in overall great condition. For a 61 year old vehicle.Also this vehicle comes with all new interior rubber, and new old stock window cranks and door handles.
