Here for sale is a very fast and fun Suzuki GSX1100G sport touring motorcycle. Bike has a 1100cc (actually 1128ccm) inline 4cylinder motor. Stock horsepower is 100--with 4 into 1 exhaust HP=120-ish. Very FAST with super mid-range acceleration--hold on tight! Shaft drive with a 5speed gearbox--shifts great. Jardine 4 to 1 exhaust is newer (great shape). Headers do have a bit of rust (normal stuff) -- 23 year old bike. Has a very comfortable Corbin seat and NO BAGS. I do have a set of older soft bags included if desired. Back tire is a newer BattleAX and front is a bit older but OK. Battery is 2 months old. Bike starts and runs extremely well. NO leaks or smoke-- super reliable LOW LOW maintenance motorcycle. Also, new plugs+oil installed 300 miles ago. Get on and GO! I have owned this bike for almost 3 years-- lots of fun! Sold AS_IS no warranty--available for inspection and a very short test ride. A friend of mine fixed this up and did a great job. Tires are old but have tread. new battery. I has that look that the older riders remember and runs as fast as most young guys like. Bike Runs. Many modifications have been made. The Frame is a 1981 GS1100ex BUT the motor was replaced with a 1977-1978 GS1000e.Battery has moved to the rear hump of the aftermarket racing seat, new dual front sport brakes, The Tank is from a 1977 Suzuki 450 for the Manx style look that Suzuki produced in the 70's.Carbs need minor adjustment but the motorcycle is in great condition with fresh paint. K&N air filters and fresh pugs have been installed. Some various lights on the dash do not work but can be replaced.Rear tire could use a replacement slight dry rotting on sides from age. Item is as is running with some minor work needed.
