We've come to the end of our journey with her, having toured all over Europe and it's time for her to go to a new home. She is a beautiful bike that runs like a top and is fantastic for a couple to tour the country or simply bop around town in true Indiana Jones fashion. She turns heads everywhere she goes and you'll never find yourself short of conversation every time you park or even stop at a red light.The 2012 M70 Anniversary Edition is a limited edition that celebrates the 70th anniversary of the legendary Irbit Motorcycle Factory. Only 30 of these bikes exist and at least 3 of them have been wrecked, so this is a rare find.She is in excellent mechanical condition. She runs better than new and we've stayed on top of maintenance. We have replaced the engine, transmission, and final drive oil with full synthetic every ~2,500km. There are no mechanical problems anywhere on the rig. 2012 Ural M70 70th Anniversary Edition. This bike was purchased brand new from Ural of New England (largest Ural dealer in the US) in May, 2012. Per the dealer, it's one of only 30 70th Anniversary Editions made, and ***one of only 14*** of those completed with the black powder coat on the engine, transmission, final drive, and sidecar wheel backing plate. Other included upgrades: 10L Jerry can, rider seat upgrade (larger tractor seat with leather covering), higher final drive gear ratio (4.12 vs. the standard 3.89) for higher top end, and sidecar windshield with apron from matching "Brezent" canvas, Battery Tender lead, camo bike cover. Also includes the tool kit and tire pump that came with the bike.Bike is fully titled, no lien. At the time of this posting shows only 2493 kilometers (~1549 miles) on the odometer, bike mainly used for toodling around town on weekends with the wifey. First two scheduled maintenance intervals (500km and 2500km) completed by Orin's Motor Sports in Grand Forks. The only issue this bike has ever had was a broken clutch spring that happened right around the first service interval. It was repaired under warranty by Orin's and has worked flawlessly ever since. A very few minor and expected marks on the pipes from road debris/usage, one tiny ding on the top of the sidecar fender, but otherwise very nice. This M70 pretty much looks as good as it did the day it rolled off the assembly line - the photos don't do it justice!This is a great bike, a gorgeous bike, who always turns heads and gets people to talk to you -- we regularly get stopped by people at gas stations, parking lots, red lights, etc. who want to know more about the bike. Ural refers to it as UDF or "Ural Delay Factor." For sale here is a 2013 Ural Gear-Up 2WD 750cc Sidecar Motorcycle. The bike has 6,500Km on it with a brand new engine & transmission 1,300Km ago. The new engine was installed by Heindl Engineering of Eaton, OH under the factory Ural warranty. This bike also has a lot of extras from the dealership: -Diver's Windshield -Sidecar Windshield -Driver's Bench Seat -Fog Lights -Hand guards -Headlight shroud -Running light toggle switch (off road uses only) Standard on this bike is the Brembo front brake, reverse gear, on-demand 2WD (both the sidecar and motorcycle wheel push), rear drum brakes on both the pusher wheel and the sidecar wheel, leading-link front suspension with passive steering damper and shin-guards for blocking the wind on the highway. To say this bike is a head-turner is an understatement. Bike includes Jerry can, shovel, full tool kit, service manual, hand air pump and full-sized spare tire with luggage rack. Also, dogs love riding in the sidecar. (Feel free to look up "Hack Dogs" on Facebook) This bike was recently serviced by Antique Rides in Loveland, CO and is 100% ready to go. I just put in a brand new Yuasa high performance AGM battery for the electric start, but I was still able to kick start it with a dead battery for several months. Within the last two years the sidecar prop shaft and sidecar wheel bearings were upgraded with heavier-duty off-road ready parts. I don't ride this bike enough anymore and have too many other motorcycles.
