A fully custom one-off cafe racer done in period style. 300 miles on this complete rebuild. Every nut, bolt, gasket, bushing, piece of metal on this bike has been replaced, restored or refurbished. If there are questions, ask. Bike featured on numerous famous sites and blogs- e-mail for links. Bike started off as a Suzuki T500 Titan 2 stroke twin. very hard to find. The donor had 4000 miles. Clear title Engine completely rebuilt. Crank/ top end done by Bill Bune in MN. +1 over Wiseco pistons/ rings. Engine cases vapor blasted and side covers were polished to mirror finish. New clutch installed. Carbs vapor blasted/ rebuilt/ rejetted with UNI pod filters. Oil injection pump rebuilt with NOS oil lines (cost a fortune). All new cables, modern bearings (wheels, steering stem, swingarm). XS750 dent-free tank sourced. Lined with Caswell (the gold standard for tank sealers). New Petcocks, NOS fuel cap. Seat is aluminum TIG welded with black tuck and roll upholstery pan that is removable. Custom made two stroke oil tank under seat with high quality fittings. Wheels were made using polished NOS hubs, NOS spokes/ rims. These wheels alone cost me $1200 thru Paul Miller Suzuki. Mounted are brand new Avon AM26 tires front/ rear (the gold standard for vintage performance tires). NOS front chrome fender (cost a fortune), rear sub-fender protect from dirt/ debris. Expansion Chambers (exhaust) from Higgspeed UK, custom made. stainless steel for durable, rust-free, mirror finish. Bespoke Rearsets from Titan performance in UK - polished stainless steel. Electronical system wired from scratch for reliable, trouble free bike. Brand new PowerDynamo electronic ignition setup that cost $500. Includes new regulator, permanent magnet rotor, alternator setup, high performance coils and wires. This produces a fat, consistent spark. Alternator kicks out enough juice to power all lights without the use of a battery. Capacitor installed to smooth out voltage, but again, this bike does not use (or need) a battery! All new switches for kill, headlight, turn signals. new ignition switch.Features new headlight with low/high beams. A trick rear light setup called X-arc duo. These super tiny, billet aluminum lights look like the smallest turn signal you have seen. Have dual color LED lights- function as Running, stop lights (red), turn signals (amber)- all in one. Top all this off with the paint and powder. Everything was re-chromed or powder coated super chrome with clear top coat. The tank and seat were done by Artistimo in charcoal metallic with green candy flake and silver metal flake accents. All stripes and logos hand painted! This thing shines in the sun!Starts on first or second kick. Runs, shifts, and drives like a new bike- as it should since everything is brand new!

I have had the bike for 3 years and have done a mild resto and brought it back to life.. original paint only issues the tachometer isnt working correctly, missing one side cover. Selling my last street bike which has been sitting for about a year. Almost all of the aluminum has been polished, new chain and sprockets, new K&N air filters, chain guard, chrome footpeg mounts, new peg rubber, and Dunlop 404 tires. I drained the gas and it runs but will need carbs clean and rebuilt (I have a new carb kit). Kickstart return spring is also broken and the bike will need a new battery and possibly some motor work. Also includes original 2 stroke oil tank and a box of motor parts. Clear title in hand. I started the bike today on starting fluid. To see bike running go to youtube and search wpalmisa1 and T500. 1975 Suzuki T500 Titan. twin cylinder, 2 stroke vintage time warp. This bike starts and runs great!!!! I have ridden it all over the place and it runs really good. It does not have the original paint. The tank is clean inside and full of fresh gasoline. The seat has rips. The bike has rust. Original pipes have no holes or thin spots. It was a one owner bike. Built in 10/70. 20,722 miles. Clear title. Frame # T500-32194. Matching Numbers. It was repainted at one time. The motorcycle starts right up and runs and drives. It was sitting since 2014, so to freshen it up, The carburetors where cleaned. New Spark plugs. Gas tank flushed and cleaned. New fuel lines. New battery. Bike holds an idle, it does smoke, Goes though the gears. The Tires look to have Good tread left. All of the electronics work as they should. Brakes work as they should. Looks to be complete. Overall is a nice looking rider. But obviously has wear for a 40 year plus old motorcycle. Most of the chrome does have pitting, but the chrome shines nicely. Pipes are solid. Tank has no rust. Paint is good. Side covers have no cracks. You receive what is pictured. Please see my other vintage motorcycles and parts. 1976 Suzuki GT500 motorcycle. I has been cleaned up and is running, it normally starts in 1 or 2 kicks. It runs good and has good power. Overall bike looks good for 38 years old. The good. Bike runs and rides good. The carbs just cleaned. New Pod air filters. New front and rear tires. New battery. new All Balls steering head bearings. New fork seals. New Superbike handle bars. The bad. Seat in not correct seat but works. The headlight and ring are not correct, but works. Minor scratches and minor rust in places. Gauge lens are a little hazy and yellowed. Could use detailing if your are really picky. The motorcycle is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. local pickup, or I will be happy to work with YOUR shipper. PLEASE READ ENTIRE LENGTHY DESCRIPTION INCLUDING TERMS!!!! Restoration project. DOES NOT RUN... 1973 Suzuki T500 Titan. Manufacture date 10/72. Only 17k original miles. This is a true barn find. Literally sitting on a dirt floor of a barn in rural Ohio for many years. This bike is ugly but survives intact. Appears mostly complete and original. This machine was never laid down, altered or abused. Items missing appear 3 of 4 turn signals, shifter, left peg, kick starter and a few side cover bolts, mirrors, left side cover and possible a few smalls. As seen. 17k original miles. Engine frozen stuck. No title and no key. I can provide bill of sale. Surface rust throughout as seen. Some chrome may not be savable but every part is available on ebay at some point. The gas tank looks nice. Original paint. Some scratches and minor dings but no major damage. No through rust. Clean inside and would not take much to make usable. The seat top is fair but has splits on sides and lower edges. The gauges appear intact and in good condition. No rash or damage with clear lenses and dials. The machine rolls freely. Some chrome is savable for driver quality. The exhaust appears intact and surprisingly usable condition. No rust holes or rash. The front and rear fenders are straight and chrome would clean up to driver quality. The rims are poor although straight. Again, this machine was in a barn not stored outside. THis machine should be worthy of restoration but you decide. Please do not email offers. Email with questions.
