2007 Yamaha Roadliner MIDNIGHT, Up for sale is my 2007 Yamaha Roadliner Midnight. This bike is probably the best cruiser made today. Better than the Kawasaki Vulcan, the Suzuki Boulevard, the Honda Shadow or Valkyrie, the Triumph Rocket, and most of the bikes Harley Davidson builds. The 2006 Roadliner was designated Cycle World's best cruiser of the year and the 2007 is identical. Also worth noting is that new Roadliners no longer have the streamline accents, which I feel were a key design element of the bike. As far as I am aware of, this is the only major design difference between the 2007 and the new model. At 1.9 liters (or 1854cc, or 113cubic inches), this bike is a beast. So much torque, the acceleration seems identical with or without a passenger on back. Also, my previous bike being a Triumph Daytona 675, I was surprised at how smoothly and predictably my Roadliner handled mountain twisties. Info about me and my bike: I am the original, adult owner of the bike. I have been riding for over twenty years. I'm of the opinion that motorcycles are inherently fun, so there's no need to abuse them to have a good time. All this will be reflected in my bike's excellent condition. The bike has been regularly maintained (I have only misplaced records for one of the services). I don't pretend to be a mechanic: all services were performed at the Yamaha dealership. If you're willing to overlook the removal of a tacky Yamaha sticker from the rear fender (also done by the dealership), the bike is 100% stock. Surprisingly, the gas mileage isn't horrible. I have records for the first 3000 miles or so, and I tended to get anywhere from the high 30s to low 40s. On one trip to San Luis Obispo, I averaged 50mpg. For a bike with such a large, smooth running engine and an optimal cruising range somewhere between 2200 to 2500 rpms, my bike is just a teenager at 28,xxx miles. I would be surprised if, with regular maintenance and reasonable usage, the engine lasted for less than a hundred thousand miles. Skip the V Star and Roadstar, this is Yamaha's flagship cruiser. The asking price is $7000. Possibly consider trade for a 2001 or newer tw200 and cash. call or text: 626-298-3738 $7,000.00 6262983738
