This 1979 Honda CT70 has always been garaged. It has approximately 1150 miles on it. It has been serviced at least 4 times (every 250 miles). It will come with the original owner's manual in mint condition. It also will come with a near perfect condition helmet, as can be seen in the photos.

I bought this about 3 years ago and have ridden it very little. I bought it from a guy that specializes in rebuilds of this bikes. He bored it out to a 88cc and sand blasted it and painted it. Many parts are brand new and not original. It is a great little bike that runs well. It is a 3 speed and does not have a clutch. Everything works on the bike. I do not want to mess with shipping it anywhere or delivering it so you would have to pick it up. It has a clear clean title. I never got it tagged for the road. The OHV (off highway vehicle) expired about 6 months ago. The mileage is on the odometer, see pic but it has all been rebuilt with less than 50 or so miles on the rebuilt motor. Please look at the pictures and i can also provide you a video of it if you like.
Honda CT70 For Sale. The engine was totally gone over. It has a new head, new timing chain, new listing and rings. The shifter barrel guide was replaced and all new seals and gaskets. Sandblasted and painted the rims, new tubes, newer tire in the back, older tire in the front. New headlight bulb, new seat and battery. Lots of other new parts. Missing the rear turn signals. Great riding bike. NO TITLE
Up for Sale is this 2015 Honda CT70 . I restore Honda CT70's for a hobby and this bike was custom built by me.I started with a 1982 Honda Ct70 Frame and added fresh new parts from a Honda CT70 Clone.Frame still has original VIN plate with numbers that match title The frame and swing arm where bead blasted to remove any old paint then sealed primed and painted with House of Colors Emerald Green Candy Factory CT70 color. I then took the 90CC Lifan engine and manual 4 speed transmission and installed it on the CT70 frame. I installed all the modern updates 12volt wiring turn signals bigger headlight spedo front forks wheels brakes etc. The seat both fenders taillight bracket taillight and gas tank are high quality Honda aftermarket parts. The bike has a choke on handlebars along with electric start no more kicking. This bike is like new and right now it only has 13 miles on it but that may very a little. I like to start it and ride it down the street to keep everything lubed up. This bike comes with a Kansas Title and is listed as a 2015year model 82CT70 ( see Photo) Again this bike is like new and is not some cheap Honda Clone. If you have any questions please feel free to email me through ebay.
1971 HONDA CT70 1170 ORIGAINAL MILES Good running original bike, starts on first kick. All of the frames have been bead blasted, primer and painted back the original blue color. No rust on the bike, handle bars and fenders have been painted black. All parts on bike are original no aftermarket parts. Tires looks original some small cracks in them, Does not have a battery but lights still work. Engine runs good no smoke and shift good in the 3 gears. The original seat has no tears but small spots of brown paint. Small oil leak if bike sets a while. Do not have the title, bill of sale. This is my personal bike any questions call me Kevin 205-388-5894 We get excellent shipping rates on freight trucks and can be shipped to any business address, just give me the ship to zip code for quotes. Great classic bike
Offered is my 1971 Honda CT70. There is not much that is stock. Features, in stream of consciousness order: Frame stripped bare, shot blasted and painted the 1969 color (just because I like it better). Faithful reproductions of all original stickers are placed under the professionally applied PPG urethane clearcoat. Repowered with Daytona 150cc engine. Daytona is not a Chinese company, they are a Japanese company. The metallurgy and quality control is superior. It is not a “big bore” copy of the Honda 70 motor like some others; this has a gear set matched to its power characteristics. Parts, should you ever need them, are readily available and I will provide all the info that came with it. The original CT70 engine was 5 hp. The 150 Daytona has 12.5:1 compression and more than three times the HP. Four speed, CDI, 28mm Keihin carb, K&N filter, 10-core oil cooler, full-bore exhaust. Yes, it is scary quick and the top speed is close to twice that of the best CT70 ever. As I have it geared it cruises comfortably in the 50-60 mph range. It will go faster but if that is what you want to do you should probably be riding your other bike. OK, so if you can go fast then to be safe you need the chassis to match. Has a wider-stance male-slider fork with tapered roller head bearings. Hydraulic front disk brake. Aluminum wheels with 120/90-10 Michelin Reggae tires, the rear is brand new. I didn’t wear that tire out; I did something stupid and cut it. The handlebars look like CT70 and still fold like CT70 but are both taller and wider and more suitable for an adult. These bikes were made for kids, remember? Air/oil rear shocks. Seat was replaced and is still like new. The ride is surprisingly nice. Let’s be clear here, it is still a “monkey bike”, but with nicely compliant suspension that is very un-CT70 like. The scratch-free windshield is of course well below eye level and acts more like a fairing. Ok, so the CT70 had a 0.4 gallon tank under the seat. Well, with a 28mm carb that won’t get you too far, so this hot rod has a 2.5 gallon keg tank mounted in a Shad 40L top box . That is the primary tank and the 0.4 gallon under-seat original now acts as the reserve. There is still room in the box for your sweater and gloves etc. but don’t think you are going to store your helmet in there. All hardware is stainless steel. The original speedo had a 50 mph max and so it eventually failed. I just replaced it with one good to 80 mph so that problem is solved. Personally I ran a gps on it and always used that because it was easier for me to see. The gps shown in the photos will be removed and is not included in this auction. The bike has about 1,200 miles on it, 100% on pavement. The donor had like 1,700 miles on it but that is irrelevant. The entire electrical system is new; no brittle old Honda stuff. Has a helmet lock and a lifting handle. Comes with a couple of new heavy duty tubes and spare sparkys. Has a clear PA title and a new PA inspection good through 8/31/2016. The buyer gets every paper involved in the build so you will know where every single part came from. You will get photos of the original donor bike. I did not build this for profit; I built it to my specs for my own use. The problem is, I am 58 now and she is just sitting while the comfy touring bikes are getting all the exercise. I am not a desperate seller. I invested $5,000 and a lot of time I this. My reserve is less than half of that. I realize this bike is not for everyone but look at what stock old CT70s are selling for with their 38 mph down a hill engines and pogo stick suspensions. Bid: You will not be disappointed. The one downside of owning this bike is that every time you stop somebody is going to come over and say “I had one just like that when I was a kid”. And of course you will be thinking “OK, Pal”. Buyer is responsible for pickup. If buyer arranges pickup I will see that bike gets on truck at mutually agreed time. I may be able to deliver within a few hours drive of western PA if buyer covers costs but this must be pre-discussed and agreed upon.
Two Complete Red CT70 (1980) and a third that has just the Motor missing. This had a Chinese rat motor and I sold it, I bought this one because the frame and parts were in such good condition, I have bought new shocks, carbs (2) grips Tail lights (2) and a new battery, The photo's show the many new parts and the tear down of the third bike, There is enough parts to make two complete good running bikes and a good start on a third, Most 98% of the parts are here, The two in the photo's were running last year and just need a little tweaking to get running; ( carbs cleaned, oil changed, batteries charged ect....) A great lot to sell or restore and ride, my Boys are grown and I not able to restore because of my health. 45 Miles west of Washington, D.C. Pick up only. Will not ship Questions Welcome

Thinning out the collection. This is the nicest CT I have and most all have been restored. This thing is like a piece of jewelry. It has been restored by a high end European car restorer in northern California about 3 years ago. I have had a lot of these machines over the years, but this one hands down is the nicest paint I have ever seen on one. This machine is mint. Motor rebuilt, cases being split and only fired for test run then fluids drained and shipped to me. This is KO with K1 front forks and suspension. I have never tried to start it, but I did not buy it to ride, just to stare at. This bike has always been inside in a smoke free and pet free environment. I go over all the bikes with a duster every couple of weeks, but there is some dust in the nooks and crannies. Mint Condition with paint a mile deep. No issues here. Clear California Title. I have others along with XR's and SL's. Any Questions, email me or call 972-922-two-nine-nine-six. Thank You Jeff
Here is a barn find Id tag says Made in Japan Honda CT-70 2300475 But as you can see someone has put KTM stickers on it, By searching seems by the tag number its a 1974 but again not sure, don't know anything about it, except by looking it does have a newer motor but needs a throttle cable I also don't know if this is the way this was made seeing that it doesn't have a head light or tail lights. I can try and answer any questions or add more pictures but I'm sure anyone who knows Honda will know what this is. " NOTE BIKE HAS NO TITLE, HAS NORMAL WEAR AND TARE FOR ITS AGE, but seem very nice, SOLD AS IS. Bike is for sale locally so we reserve the right to remove listing Thanks

View on YouTube Up for auction is a 1973 Honda CT70 Trail 70 K2 that I am selling on consignment. It does NOT have a title. It has a build date of 6/72 but is considered a 1973 K2 model. The bike has been nicely restored and with a few custom touches added. This bike starts easy and runs great and shifts through all of the gears smoothly. The engine used was a very low mile example from a nice K0 model. It had approx 500 miles and ran great and was taken apart, cleaned up and new gaskets installed. The paint was matched and was professionally painted and everything else was powder coated silver or black. The seat pan was repaired and new seat foam and aftermarket seat cover was installed. All of the chrome on the bike is original and great care and time went into selecting parts that were in top condition. The wheels are custom billet aluminum with new tires. All of the aluminum on the bike has been polished. Most of the parts on this bike are oem or original but it has a few aftermarket parts including wire harness, handlebars, seat cover, billet wheels and cables, kick start lever. Condition Notes: This bike is very nice and detailed and a lot of quality work went into this but there are a few items of condition to note: There are a few tiny chips on the edges of the swing arm paint and paint touch up where the axle rubs on the swing arm. There are scuffs on the tail light lens. There are a few very light marks and tiny dings in the chrome because they are used originals. The foot pegs are missing the ball bearing and spring that keep them up when folded up and they look slightly tweaked in relation to the frame. This is not a 100 percent correct restoration for a K2 model but is mostly representative for the year and looks great. Please take a look at the large pictures and watch the video to get a better idea of condition and email me if you have any questions or call 231-675-2552. ** Visit this link to see higher resolution larger pictures Honda CT70 Pictures Buyer is responsible for shipping arrangements and payment. Final payment after deposit to be made with cash, bank wire transfer or cashiers check only ( cashiers checks must clear bank account before bike ships).

Good Day. This auction is for a 1971 Honda CT 70H rare 4-speed clutch model. I started the restoration process but have simply run out of time and space to complete it. I sell this bike with a heavy heart for it is the one I used to have as a child. It runs and shifts in all 4 gears beautifully. The motor and frame are all original. Mileage approx. 2,260. The paint is also the original Topaz Orange which has a few minor scratches for a 44yr. old antique bike, but no where near enough to even consider repainting. (see photos) Handle bars are straight and in great shape. All parts with the exception of the seat are original Honda OEM as you'll be able to tell by the photos. Newly replaced parts include the: Seat, total exhaust, grips, hand levers, front and rear wheel rims, tires & tubes, rear shocks, battery, kick shift lever & gas tank. The only major thing left to do was send out the engine to be re-polished and painted. I never did because I was so happy with the way it ran I was afraid it wouldn't be the same when I got it back!Everything; lights horn, brakes are in working order. Starts on first kick and idles like a champ. It's really a clean looking original parts bike that has received many compliments by friends and neighbors. The bike is available for local pick up only. Paypal deposit due with 48hrs. or close of auction. Balance in Cashiers Check at pick up. Serious bidders only please.

This is a 1972 Honda CT70H K1. It has the 4 speed manual transmission. This is also the only year that true hydraulic front shocks were used. This particular bike is mostly original. All the candy ruby red paint is original. It does have some rust, scuffs, and scrapes, but is not in bad shape for being 45 years old. Some of the other components have been repainted such as the wheels, headlight bucket, speedo, etc. The seat is original with a replacement seat cover installed. I have the original chrome seat trim with new mounting studs, but decided not to install it. I will include it with the sale. I've sold quite of few of these and I must say, this is one of the nicest riding CT70's I've had. I've been working on these since the mid 70's. All work was performed by myself and my wife says I'm anal about things. I dropped the price $500.00 so someone is going to get a great deal! The wiring harness was replaced, as was the ignition switch, headlight dimmer switch, front brake switch/cable, and speedometer cable. The battery was replaced with a new AGM battery. The horn and all lights work as intended. Handlebars do NOT fold down as the knobs are seized in the handlebars. That does not affect performance, and most people never fold them down anyway. The engine was just totally rebuilt with all new seals and gaskets, piston, cylinder, head, clutch, carburetor, points and condenser. It runs like a clock and starts up first kick. Tires still have a lot of life in them. Chrome has some pitting and patina. There is no title! Bike will be sold with "Bill of Sale" only. Bike is for local pick up only. I can give you the number of a reliable transporter, or you can try "U" Ship.
