I have decided to sell off my Harley 45” Flathead race bike to fund some other projects. This bike is pieced together from parts that I acquired from friends, swap meets, Craig’s List, E-bay, etc. First and foremost, I DON’T have a title for the bike or motor. It has an “assigned” VIN number stamped into the VIN pad, which appears to have been done many years ago. The 14H number plates are not included with the sale and will be removed. Engine: In assembling the motor, I used a lot of performance parts from Paul Friebus at American Cycle Fabrication (ACF), Bloomsburg, PA. Surplus/replacement cases with matching 1945 belly numbers (45-2610). As previously stated, the left case has an “assigned” VIN number stamped into it. The VIN boss has not been ground down. OEM WR flywheels and connecting rods trued and balanced by ACF. OEM cylinders and pistons are .010 over. The cylinders have been ported, relieved, and oversize valves installed, along with WR/Knucklehead intake nipples also by ACF. OEM aluminum heads decked, relieved, and clearance for the oversize valves. No broken, cracked, or chipped fins anywhere on the heads or cylinders. Linkert M53A1 carburetor rebuilt with rubber ducky float and 4 bolt WR intake manifold installed. Snap throttle also installed. Friebus C grind cam set installed. Four vein oil pump upgrade. Fairbanks Morse-HD magneto. Inline oil filter installed on return line from Marty at USA Racing. Dual exhaust. Transmission: The Harley 3-speed trans was NOS before I installed it in this bike. Date code F-3. Everything works as it should and it still has most of its original OD green paint remaining. Later style shift drum was installed. Frame: The frame is nice and uncut, with the only modification being the tabs that I welded to the top of the seat post casting for the solo seat pivot. It could easily be removed if the buyer wanted to run a pogo seat. It has a #4 hallmark on the neck casting. Palmer’s book dates it 1942. General: 19” front and 16” rear star hub wheels with Firestone ANS tires. The rear wheel has bead screws installed. OEM Harley springer fork with 7/8” stem and big twin rockers (servi-car). The front leg has a #20 hallmark. Note: the front leg has a very slight bend in the right tube. I have run this fork on several different bikes with no problems, but I wanted to make it known (see pic). Original Flanders parts: #8 handlebars (stamped on the underside), 4 0 risers (stamped), and inline top clamp. OEM tanks are 47-50 WL. Shift gate is from a servi-car. OEM bobbed, 3-piece, wide brace rear fender, which I believe is 46-48. Leather Bates style solo seat (possibly Selli?) and genuine Bates leather fender pad. WR foot pegs and clutch pedal attached to OEM straps. The rear brake is Harley WL. The bike starts easy and runs really well. It was run at “The Race of Gentlemen” last October at Pismo Beach, CA. It will make somebody a great C-class or TROG racer, or you could get a title and put electrics on it to make it street legal.See it run on Youtube: https://youtu.be/-OTbf2oVaHk Please call (no text) 570-956-111eight or email hutchjr7@hotmail dot com with any questions. Thanks for looking.

WL 45ciThis is a very clean representation of a 1946 Harley-Davidson WL. This bike does run and just had a brand new battery installed. Bike is mostly original with the exception of the items listed below:Headlight, Taillight, Floorboards, Horn, Chrome Spokes, Speedometer, Front Fender lights. Harley-Davidson information on the model:W : the W family of motorcycles. Harley-Davidson (except in very early models) gives a letter designation for each model family. The W series at the time was the newest incarnation of the 45-cubic-inch (740 cm3) flathead motor, and was developed from the earlier R family 1932–1936.L : "high compression", in the usual HD scheme. The "low compression" W model was only briefly available

Here we have a very rare 1945 Harley Davidson UL Big Twin Flathead 74 ci. These bikes are extremely rare and this 1 is in beautiful stock condition. This UL "Big Twin" is full of pure stock Harley parts and has just over 6000 mis. This bike's only Harley performance modifications are a front disc brake, hand clutch and foot shift. The tank shifter and set up parts will be included in this sale. These UL's 74 Ci's have become extinct because, besides the engine, they are exactly the same as a knuckleheadhead. This is a 1 kick bike and performs amazingly. Bike has had recent lower gaskets and rear break pads and stops well. Bike comes with a free and clear Florida title. This is an AS IS sale.

The engine runs. I do not know what the inside of the engine looks like below the heads. I pulled the aluminum heads to look inside the cylinders and they looked good enough to run. I installed new head gaskets. Rebuilt carburetor - it is an M51. Also, has a rebuilt Joe Hunt Magneto. The bike fired right up and has been running for the last 200mis. It smokes a little and leaks a little oil, nothing major, but what do you expect from a motor that has been together 60+ years. There is no charging system, this bike is set up for racing. No headlamps or taillights. The motor seems to be all stock. This motor could be rebuilt into a little hot-rod, which i would recommend, or just ride it and have fun. The engine and transmission come as is, no warranty! Installed new primary chain and clean clutch assembly. Primary cover has some cracks and is dinged up, but does the job. Installed new rear chain.

Thanks for checking out this incredible Streetglide Special. The Streetglide is the hottest bike on the planet and has been since it's introduction in 2006. The "Special" takes it to the next level with abs brakes, touch screen infotainment center with navigation, factory security, and pinstripping all standard. The prior owner installed some really nice options including a detachable tour pack and passenger footboards for comfort and on the performance side a high flow breather with a Rhineheart performance header. The bike has been tuned with a Harley race tuner. The Streetglide has near perfect cosmetics other that a small bug mark on the fuse cover. The paint is Grey Pearl and it really jumps in the sunlight. There are no dings, dents, tears, or scratches. This bike runs and drives as good as it looks and will thrill the most descrimminating buyer. The rubber mounted 103" motor has plenty of power and the six speed tranny is silkey smooth. Just select your tunes, set your cruise, and you can ride all day in total comfort. You can buy with confidence as there is remaining factory warranty. Local buyers just add tax and tag and you can ride out. No additional doc or dealer fees. Financing available for "Florida" buyers and local trades will be considered. If you are out of the area can assist with quality shipping to most US locations. We have been selling showroom quality vehicles for 27 years and have a100% ebay rating. Please review our customer feedback. Bikes of this quality never last long so don't miss out. I am offering this awesome Streetglide at winter pricing so if you wait expect to pay much more. If you have questions or would like to own this amazing Streetglide Special call Steve Shay at (386)689-8900. Thanks and ride safe!
