I have owned the bike for 20 years, rode it about 5 or 6 times. Put a brand new top end in it and haven't rode it since. The bike has not been started in over 5 years. Shown in the pictures the left footpeg mount needs to be welded back to the frame, shouldn't be a problem to have it done professionally, easy fix. The tank is also dented as the picture shows, it's the original tank. The bike is 100% original except for bars and levers, everything else is stock. All other plastics and body parts are in good condition. The bike most likely needs new main seals put in as I couldn't get it to run clean last time I started it. I have an extra frame to go with the bike also.No title, will provide bill of sale.

I purchased this bike from the original owner. He said that the bike was ridden occasionally (maybe 1-2 times a year). When he bought the bike in 2001 he had an N-Style graphic kit and seat cover installed. I installed OEM shrouds rear fender, front number plate, and side number plates because I had them in stock. Still original front fender and is in excellent shape and the original owner still had this original seat cover that we recovered the seat with. To retain the bikes originality I did not change the front tire or chain and sprockets because they came from the factory and they are a reference to how much use the bike has . Please review the Condition description and the photos for the details. Also noticed there is some engraving on the left side of the cylinder head, Not sure what it is reference to, The original owner said it was the original top end??? The bike runs and rides excellent. 75 Honda CR125, purchased a little over a year ago (before and after pics) started to clean it up and ended up going all the way. Discovered bike was sleeved down to 100cc when pulled apart and left it that way with new top end. To many new parts to list, powder coating local and chroming through Spacecoast Plating. Forks have been hard plated. Starts, idles and runs well on the top end, bogs on the bottom, needs to be jetted and timed as i'm not much of a tuner on the older stuff just thought it would be a fun project. Comes with two tanks one for show and one for go (plastic) as the steel tank has to much internal rust to seal properly (painted twice due to internal rust). Before/After photos. I have a fair amount of pictures in my photo bucket that shows most of the stages of teardown and reassembly. This is a 2004 honda cr85 supermoto. It is set up for CMRA racing. all safety wired with catch can ready to go. It has 17" Sun rums with GP125 bridgestone track slicks. It has a CRF450 front brake caliper with oversized EBC rotor and front stainless break line. Hand guards, frame sliders as well. The suspension was set up by onroad offroad racing in Austin TX for 160 lb rider for road racing. The motor has 3 hours on a complete rebuild. The cylinder was sent to millenium technologies and bored to 92cc and replated. got a new crank and top end as well. The head has been milled some and I run 110 octane race fuel at 32:1. The previous owner had the head work done and he said he didn't know for sure if it had to have race fuel or not but he ran it in this bike so I have too. It is jetted perfectly and runs perfect!!. I just put the troy lee seat cover on because I thought it looked nice. I still have the stock seat cover if you want it there was no damage to it. It has an oversize tank on it, but it did get a crack where the seam came together. I put some epoxy on it 6 months ago and it has held fine, but you may want to re-epoxy it or get a new tank. The suspension on this bike feels amazing it cannot be described only ridden to see what I mean. The suspension is nothing like it would be on a dirt bike, I am very impressed with how much of a road sport bike feel this bike has. The front brakes are incredible as well. The front end just dips down in the turns like it should and then zips right out. The current gearing on the bike will take it to mid 80 mph range. I have another set of sprockets that will get it to 100 mph you can have as well for those long open tracks. has pro circuit pipe with FMF silencer, has v-force 3 reeds. Air box has had the sides cut out for better air flow. This bike needs nothing to go on the track right now. It takes a lot of cash to set a bike up like this and it is tons of fun so no rediculous offers I am well aware a run of the mill cr85 dirt bike can be had for $700-$1000. this one is clean, fresh, and set up ready to go. Here's the real deal boys! Service Honda CR500AF, that I had A.J. at Service Honda personally build for me in 2007. He's the Guru behind this legendary bike and has built over 2,000 of them. Enjoy the pics of this Awesome works bike... and or read all the details below. I turned 40 in 2007 and being a 2 stroke big bore freak treated myself to the Ultimate bike for my 6'3" tall frame. No expense was spared. I went "All In" and "All Out" on this bike. See list of new parts below, and works Suspension! Very low 67 hours. I installed the hour meter on the bike 3 days after A.J. delivered the bike to me. I've always had a garage full of bikes to ride and spread my limited riding time between numerous bikes. I put 300 hours on my 1997 CR500 I rode back in my hay day for 5 years and NEVER replaced the piston/rings! It's the ultimate do it all bike! My CR500AF rides were groomed track days, and fast trail loops where I can roost my buddies and wheelie from turn to turn. Slow or tight trails are no problem for this 2 stroke big bore. It idles perfectly, never overheats, rarely stalls, and gets with it on the open straights. It's just as comfortable on MX tracks being lightweight, powerful and best of all has Factory Connection "Works" suspension. The build: I had a choice of several frames, but A.J. strongly recommended a 2003 CR250 frame as it has the longest seat to foot peg height suitable for tall riders, and at the time it was his favorite frame for the ergos. He had two 2003 frames left, and he was keeping the last one for himself. :-) Paired with tall bars and a tall seat... This is the most comfortable bike I've ever ridden for my tall frame. Valved for 225 rider, this bike is made for big guys... Yet anyone who has ridden it from 170 to 265 lbs says it feels amazingly plush without being saggy or soft. Many OEM stock parts will come with the bike. EXCELLENT CONDITION. Everything is tight on the bike. No excess play in linkage. Greased / serviced top to bottom several times. No leaks, stripped bolts, worn parts. Compression at 67 hours is EXACTLY same as the day I brought it home. It tested 150 psi in 2007 and it still reads 150 psi. Bike starts on 1-2 kicks every time. Idles fine. Revs out perfect. No clutch creep. Clutch basket has little to no grooves etc. Frequent tranny oil changes with Pro Honda gear lube. Air filter cleaned every 4-5 rides. I have several air filters for the bike. I'm selling as I rarely ride anymore. I've sold off my 7 other dirt bikes saving the best for last... I don't have to sell it. This is a super clean 1997 Honda CR 500!!!! Cleanest one around! I purchased this bike with very low hours from the original owner to build a nice vintage racer and conversation piece. No cost was spared, no corners were cut in building this bike. Bike was completely stripped to the frame, cylinder removed to inspect piston and rings and cylinder; all of which show little to no wear whatsoever. 3 cylinder studs were rusty from the water jacket, they were removed and replaced. Main clutch cover removed to inspect clutch, which was in perfect condition, no basket grooves, and plates still look new. New gaskets were installed on head, cylinder base, reed plate, clutch covers, and ignition cover. All parts were disassembled and cleaned/lubed, including all rear linkage, and steering stem bearings. All bearings were in great shape to begin with. If there was a part that I was not happy with the way it cleaned up, I simply ordered new parts from Honda. This bike got all the attention it ever needed and more, and was built to be a race bike. The biggest component to this bike is the custom Enzo suspension setup by Craig Decker. These bikes are pure beasts, but if they don't handle well, they aren't worth the metal they are made out of! So Craig completely rebuilt it, with new springs for a 190 to 220 lb Novice to Intermediate MX rider, complete custom valving on both the shock and the forks, and all new internals including all seals and bushings. Awesome power and suspension needs great stopping power, that's why I added a complete front brake from a 2012 CRF 450 with the updated reservoir and lever. Many many details involved in building this bike, please see below for complete build list, keep in mind that I had help from a local shop as well as well known vendors to complete this project. Most of these parts were acquired 25 to 30 percent off retail, this total would be much much more if no help was received. I have let a few friends ride it while we were out to get some feedback. I love the bike, it is a pure beast!!!!! It starts easy, and has more than enough power. It handles absolutely amazing. Tracks well in corners (what can I say, its a Honda) stable at high speeds, and handles the chop like no other!!!! I am selling my 2005 Honda CR125R two-stroke that is as close to new condition as a 10 year old bike can be. Bike has original tires, chain, sprockets and has less then 10 hours on her (100% stock) - I buffed out the stock pipe to give her a factory look. Just put all new plastic on her as well as a 2014 CRF250 front fender to give her a updated look - also added "Throttle Jockey" graphics and seat cover. Bike needs nothing and is ready for the race track or trails - shifts flawlessly and revs to the moon...You won't be disappointed with this beauty. Stored in a garage and covered - won't find a nicer bike. This Bike has a CA title and a Current CA OFF HIGHWAY PERMIT sticker that is good until June 2016..........The bike originally comes from CA.
