The bike is triple matching vin (Frame, Title, and Engine) 1964 /2.
The R50 is well known as one of the smoothest and most reliable vintage motorcycles. Purchased from a long time East Coast collector who has owned the bike since new in 1964. This bike has only had two owners, the original owner and myself. I purchased it several years ago out of a probate sale in Connecticut. The bike arrived completely restored but had not been ridden in about 15yrs.
Following delivery to San Francisco was sent in for maintenance from a shop that specializes in /2. Starts easily usually with one kick even with cold starts. Once started will quickly idle smoothly. Runs wonderfully silent. Its an incredible elegant machine.
The brake shoes (front and back) serviced. Re-torqued all nuts and bolts on the bike. The wiring and lights are all functional. The valves have been gapped to spec. Ignition and timing have been service. New spark plugs. Cleaned/Re-built both carburetors with new gaskets. Serviced horn. New fuel lines Oil was changed. (Engine, transmission, driveshaft, and final drive). All the cables are new.
There is zero oxidation or rust on the bike. The rims are the much sought after aluminum. They are stunningly shinny. There are beautifully bits or chrome around the bike including the triple-tree for the forks. The black power-coated paint on the fenders and gas tank is in fantastic condition and pin-striping will make any collector smile.
All the locks and original keys work perfectly. The tires are Avon and have about 500 miles on them. The tires are much smoother to ride around turns verses the period 'Flat-walled' tires that come on Vintage bikes. The Avon’s seem to make the bike float around turns.
This is the Euro model and comes with the Earles Forks front end instead of the US standard telescoping forks. Looks so much cooler and more collectable. Of course comes with the original Euro bars with headlight mirrors.. Thank You and God Bless America

Box 4.3 Radio Let s start with the big news: 25% more volume for your tunes. The new Boom! Box 4.3 Radio puts out 25 watts per channel at 1% distortion and features a factory-tuned, optimized equalizer that pumps out more power and can be played louder while maintaining the clarity of your sound. New dual halogen and LED headlamps and fog lamps, brighter Tour-Pak® lighting, brighter turn signals, brighter brake lights, and a new steering head with stiffer front forks. Locked-up tires are now history even when there s wet pavement. We ve made it feel even better to lean your way through a turn. Project RUSHMORE - Styling Project RUSHMORE is the journey we set out on to take our touring motorcycles to places never imagined before to turn all the possibilities for what a motorcycle can be now into true Milwaukee steel. We did it our way, as we ve always done. As riders. Riding with other riders. Thousand of hours, countless road tests, millions of miles. Looking for the technology and innovations that truly make the ride better. We went over the bike fender tip to fender tip. Making it work

AUTHENTIC 1997 JESSE JAMES WEST COAST CHOPPER. This was Jesse James personal bike, it belonged to him and has been preserved exactly as it was when Jesse James owned it. As seen in multiple magazines spreads and as featured front and center in West Coast Choppers Long Beach showroom, along with the rest of Jesse James personal customs. This bike has a lot of history behind it! This bike was hand built by Jesse James in 1997 with all fabrications performed by the master himself, during the time when Jesse was considered the undisputed king of the custom bike builders. The bike is fitted with all of the best components available and powered by a 107 CI hand built, made to order, STD motor and STD six speed transmission, which were the only motors and transmissions Jesse used in all of his early work. The bike was painted and signed by Damon of Damons Creations who was hailed as the best custom bike painter in the world at the time and the only painter Jesse allowed to shoot any of his award winning masterpieces. Jesse was originally going to sell the bike, private party, and a full magazine spread was done on the bike when its original sale was still pending, but when the buyer could not come up with the balance of the money due to take delivery of the bike Jesse decided to keep the bike for himself. Once he decided to keep the bike he pulled out the original 107 CI STD motor and replaced it with a new hand built, made to order, blueprinted 128 CI STD motor boasting 4.5 pistons and a 48 MM Mikuni carburetor boasting 170 HP at the rear wheel to maintain his reputation of having the fastest bike around. This bike is the real deal, built and owned by the master himself and reflected in the attached photos and magazine spread. Asking Price: $25,000 OBO. All serious offers will be considered however this is not a desperation sale so please dont inquire if you are not a serious buyer.
