1971 Honda CB500 Four, This is a tastefully restored Honda motorcycle which is in outstanding condition. Receiving both mechanical and cosmetic rejuvenation, this is truly a piece of history one can find pride and joy in immediately. Featured on this bike are the original dent-free tank and matching side covers with the lustrous original paint. The original model/branding emblems are also present and look superb. The engine in this cycle has been upgraded to a fully rebuilt CB550 engine and carburetors to increase performance. The seat has been upgraded to a Cafe styled piece, including the Honda branding to complete the look. The exhaust system has been replaced with a Mac 4-into-2 system coupled with fresh exhaust gaskets - this results in a pleasant thrumming engine note without being obnoxious or vibey. The intake system is in the original configuration for this model with a brand new K&N Drop-In filter to freshen things up. The original chrome fenders, spoked rims, and engine covers have been polished to a shine and are quite eye-catching. The carburetors have been meticulously rebuilt with all new gaskets and seals, correctly adjusted floats, synchronization set, and mixtures tuned to match the exhaust change. All of the electrical components including the lights, horn, and electric starter are original to this cycle and function excellently after having each of their terminal connections cleaned. The engine has received a valve adjustment, retorqued cylinder-head bolts, and fresh gaskets & seals. It should go without saying that this cycle received new plugs, new battery, an oil change, new ignition-points & condensers, a brake adjustment & fluid change, lubricated control cables, and quality tires. The results are a cycle which runs, rides, and shifts very smoothly through all of the gears - it doesn't smoke from the exhaust or leak any fluids. It's ready to be loved for many years to come. ________________________________________________________________________________ Model Features: Chain Drive, Five-Speed Transmission, Front Disc & Rear Drum Brakes, Adjustable Rear Shock Suspension, Chrome-Spoked Wheels, Electric & Kick Starting Systems, Side & Center Stands, Passenger Seat & Foot Pegs Click for Buyers Guide Disclosure and Inspection Notes! ________________________________________________________________________________ Model History: This is a tried and true Honda CB motorcycle; these bikes are known for exceptional performance and longevity. 1973 Honda CB500 Four.  Great condition barn find. Only 3,100 MILES! All original parts and paint a true collectors bike. I bought it hoping for a cool vintage bike as a commuter. I have just started riding this year and have found it not to be quite what I was looking for. I have put about 30 miles on it but before that it was stored since 1975. I don't know much but I believe it may need the gas tank cleaned out and some fresh gas. It has a brand new battery, air filter gas lines. Probably in need of an oil change.

2016 Honda CB500X, Ever since its introduction, Honda’s CB500X has been a breakaway favorite with riders. That’s no surprise to anybody who’s ridden one: the CB500X is an adventure-style motorcycle that delivers comfort, versatility and a can-do attitude at a surprisingly affordable price. And to make a great choice even better, the 2016 CB500X features a bucketful of improvements this year. You still get plenty of performance, and the capability to excel at everything from adventure rides to sport touring. 2016 Honda CB500F, 2016 Honda® CB500F Better Than Ever For 2016. Honda s twin-cylinder sportbikes revolutionized the world of motorcycling when they first appeared, and this latest generation our 500 twins are the best ever. Here s what you need to know about the CB500F: It s the most broad-spectrum of the 500 family, with minimal bodywork, a classic riding position, and a 30.9-inch seat height that fits a wide range of riders. Even though it s just a couple of years old, for 2016, it gets some tasty updates both in terms of style and function. The best part stays the same: the powerful twin-cylinder engine and its wide, user-friendly powerband. But for 2016, you get better shift feel thanks to some transmission upgrades, a new adjustable front-brake lever, a larger fuel tank, and preload-adjustable front suspension. And there s more, too: The new headlight and crisper style you can see for yourself, but the new exhaust you ll have to hear to appreciate. The CB500F has always been an excellent choice for riders ready to move up a displacement class, or for anyone who appreciates a great middleweight motorcycle, and for 2016, it s even better. Features May Include: Digital Instrumentation A full LCD blue-tinted screen features a digital speedometer and tachometer and more, including a clock, odometer, trip meter, real-time and average fuel consumption meters, and illuminated engine diagnostic indicators. LED Headlight A new styling element for 2016, the CB500F s LED headlight gives the front end a cutting-edge look and also projects plenty of light on the road for visibility. Rear Grips Sturdy rear passenger grips offer a firm handhold for your passenger or tie-down points for smaller items. Step Seat The CB500F offers a step seat with a low height. Perfect for around-town riding or out in the canyons, it also offers plenty of room for a passenger and is specially designed to fit a wide range of riders. Unique Style Less is more when it comes to the CB500F, but for 2016, we ve fine-tuned that look to freshen things up a bit. With its classic, clean, progressive style, the CB500F is a motorcycle that looks great while still providing incredible value and performance. Steel-Tube Frame A motorcycle s frame is the basis for its handling. A take on a classic construction, the CB500F s diamond-shaped 35mm steel-tube mainframe ties to the engine with four mounts, offering a rock-solid foundation for a superior ride and handling. Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI) Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI) continuously monitors several variables to ensure the correct fuel mixture is delivered for the existing riding and atmospheric conditions for crisp throttle response throughout a wide variety of riding conditions.
