THIS IS A USED 1975 BULTACO ALPINA 250. There is NOT a title. The previous owner restored most of the bike. it is fairly clean. The fuel tank is clean and dry. It does not have any fuel in it and has not had any in it for at least 2 years. It has a new fuel Petcock. When I have started it I used an auxiliary fuel tank. I heard fiberglass tanks didn't like ethanol fuels and the tank looks so good I didn't want to take a chance with it. I don't think the fenders are original. I can crate the bike for shipping for $125.00. I will not arrange shipping. But if you are shopping it would ship from a business address with a fork lift(it makes shipping cheaper).

1975 Bultaco Alpina 250 Restored to a trail rider 2 years ago, an older friend of mine had this bike in his garage for 30 years and decided he wanted to ride it again, so I helped him pull it out and go through it. Frame has been powder coated, tank has original paint. all new bearings/re-greased, fenders are aftermarket...Bike runs and drives. After riding it for two summers he decided it was way to hard on him so I'm selling it for him.

Just finished 2 stroke Flat Tracker! 1970 MKIV model 68, frame # B-6801043. The motor out of a model 86 MKV, #M-8600598 is a more powerful engine. The entire motor and drive train are completely rebuilt. Mikuni carb, all new cables, bars, seat, seat pan, and rear fender. Bike is built for racing but has not been raced yet and has only been ridden four or five times with maybe two or three hours on it at the most. This bike is fast and is ready to race! The cylinder and piston are still at original size bore. Intake and exhaust have been ported. Piston skirt has been cut on the exhaust side for performance. Dual plug cylinder head running one spark plug and other hole has compression release for racing. Frame has been powder coated twice, once silver, then again with clear. Super wide billet triple clamps with extra wide lipped wheels with Buchanan stainless spokes. Tires are used but in good condition. New "Progressive" rear shocks. Tank is original and just been sealed. Front forks are original and have been completely rebuilt and polished, they have been lowered for flat track racing.

1974 Bultaco 1974 Pursang MK-7 Model 120Jim Pomeroy Edition (1st American to win a Grand Prix motocross race) I bought it from a grandma, the original owner Barbara (Bab's) who raced it in the Utah desert a couple of years. As a barn find, it had been sitting in their shop since the late 70's.Although it showed little use-it had a skid plate installed so the frame was perfect. All bolts are the originals with plating the awesome condition. Original Motoplate ignition. I completely restored the bike to keep as part of my collection. Engine: Completely rebuilt by West Coast AHRMA racing legend Pat Brown, who has been rebuilding Bultaco engines since the early 70's. Barrel bored 30 over, new Mahl piston/rings, all new bearings using a needle bearing on one side of the and ball bearing the mod for a more durable rod bearing situation. Pat claimed the transmission gears indicated less use then any engine Bultaco motor he had ever pulled apart! All new: Handlebars, Cables, Barns clutch, brake pads, seat, seat foam, reproduction fiberglass fenders, rebuilt Mikuni, New F-Pipe, air cleaner, power coated frame, Forks rebuilt by Pat, 7.5w Synthetic oil, with new sales, Honda bottom out bushing mod. All aluminum cases, triple clamps etc.. polished out. The gas tank was cleaned & coated with castle tank sealer, the polyester primer applied to the outside, block sanded then given to the Body Shop who used Automotive paint on it, and the new front & side panels. All new grommets. New forged Amal levers, kill switch, and all other rubber pieces available. New NJB shocks 1 inch longer than stock. New Needle headset bearings, new swing arm bushings. since the restoration the bike has only been take up and down the street. However the wheels are off another Pursang, although they were restored with the hubs polished, original double butted SS spooks polished, original Al nipples, they have a dozen short rides on them, but the Perrelli tire show very little wear. This is one the best examples of the 197 pound works Jim Pomeroy Edition MK-7 Model 120. This model was the created with chrome alloy frame & handlebars, shoulderless Ackron rims double butted SS spooks polished, original Al nipples, fiberglass seat base, light weight hubs with chrome plated braking surfaces. These models are becoming very hard to find and are appreciating in value, and they are destined to be one of the top collectible motocross bikes from the golden ERA of motorcross. I moved so it doesn't make sense to pay for storage so I have to sell this bike so I hope someone buys it who will appreciate all my hours of work & the 40+ hours of polishing the aluminum parts alone I have done to create this beauty. Please contact me with any questions.

This bike is a numbers matching Bultaco Alpina around 1974 sn is JB11600409 I bought this bike to restore and ride but now I am going to sell it. The guy I bought it from said it ran when he parked it. I tried a few minutes with starting fluid and it would not start for me. It does have good spark. Probably needs rings but I have not took it apart. It has been sitting for about 6 years since it last ran. No title The good:It is a pretty clean original numbers matching bike with a 350 engine. Rarer than the 250 models. It does not have much if any rust. Both tires where new when the previous owner stopped riding it.The rims look pretty good and spin good.Nothing on the outside of the engine is broken the fins look good.It is mostly complete.Still has a metal front fender. The bad:It wont start, I did not spend hours trying so it may with a little more work but I cant promise that. The seat has been reupholstered an ugly brown.Preston petty rear fender.Tank will need sealed. It looks like it seeped a little on the left side. see pictures. No air filter.side covers are not mounted correct I don't know much more than that about it. Again I bought it to be a clean rider but my age and my health are preventing me from riding so it has just sat until now. Make reasonable offer I might accept it. I will help load it for you or your shipper but I will not arrange for any shipping of this bike.

Just to clarify, this motorcycle his a California Off-Road title!!!! Not a street/road title!!!! This 1976 Bultaco is an original survivor. The condition of this bike is great considering it is 27 years old! Original fiberglass tank and side panels are in great condition with normal light wear and tear. No major cracks, no leaks from the gas tank, no major damage to the fenders. Runs and rides great! Fires right up with no abnormal sounds. Shifts in and out of gear smoothly. No leaks and has had a fresh oil change in the primary and transmission cases. This motorcycle has a Mikuni carburetor with a choke that makes it smooth running and easy to start. The fork seals do not leak. The front and rear suspension work great. Chain and sprockets are used, but in good condition. Tires are probably 90% and in good condition and hold air. Since these pictures I have replaced the kickstart rubber, upper and lower shock rubbers/dampers and lower shock hardware with exact replica replacement Bultaco parts. I rode this bike a few weeks ago and it fired right up and rode great!!!!! You can see the bike in action on the Youtube channel "Swollen Goat Garage" with the video name "1976 Bultaco Alpina M166 - Riding with YZ250s It has a minor tear in the seat towards the front bottom. Minor blemishes in the paint. May be slightly faded?? Motorcycle is sold as is. I do not know of any issues this motorcycle has at this time, but it is an old bike that may require work from time to time. As far as I know, this motorcycle can be kickstarted and ridden until the bulls come home. Shipping is 100% the responsibility of the buyer. I recommend Uship as it is quick, affordable, and easy. I will store the motorcycle for up to 2 weeks maximum. Payment must be completed within 1 week of sold date. Non-refundable deposit due within 48 hours of date sold. Final payment must be in cash, bank transfer, cashier's check. Payment must be cleared before bike or title leaves my possession.

This machine has sat for a few decades in dry storage. It has good spark and excellent kick start compression, perhaps due to a freshening of the piston and rings...[I have some paperwork indicating the purchase of new parts by the previous owner , now deceased] Found nice clean oil in the transmission case. Shifts through the gears readily. There's an original carburator rebuilt by Bultaco West remounted but never gassed. Comes with all new cables. New petcock installed on a solid fuel tank that has some easily removed internal surface rust. The mudguards are not dented or rusted. Has old period Pirelli tires with good tread still holding air on Akront aluminum rims. The dent on the rear wheel is on one side only and the wheel still spins quite un-wobbly... no bent spokes either, but replacement is suggested. New locks with keys were put on the sidecovers when my curiousity got me to remove the old [lost key] locks hoping for treasure.......and found a set of old Hi-test wrenches [made in India] wrapped in an oily cloth. Speedometer needle moves when the wheel turns. Comes with a useable new repro shop manual for a 250 Bultaco, some literature, decals and head gasket. Comes with a transferable registration in my name as New York did not issue titles until 1974. And a bill of sale too. I planned on getting it running and using it occasionally at vintage meets.......but i'm old and loosing my road talent rapidly....and if I fire it up, one of two things will happen. I'll fall into a very dangerous relationship, or I'll bump up the price. In any case, look over the pics, or come by, or send someone knowledgable to see it as it actually does show better than the pictures let on. All questions cheerfully answered. Specific pics? Just ask. The price is $1995. Paid in cash in person, or wire transfer to my bank. Overseas bidders, if purchased, I can deliver to a shipper at New York or New Jersey port from zip code 11763 for an additional $100 US paid to my Paypal account. [a 150 mile round trip thru hell for me] but you are responsible for crating and/or shipping from the port to you. Thank you for looking.
