Near mint 1967 Honda CL77 305 Scrambler 3372 original miles. Original owner, bike has been in a heated garage it's whole life. Runs good. If you have any questions or would like more information or pics please feel free to call or email . 732 299 1704. Bike is located in Colts Neck, New Jersey. Pick up is preferred but willing to crate and ship, shipping and all associated costs will be the buyers responsibility. I would be happy to help any way I can to arrange the pickup or shipping.
This 50 year old Honda was purchased on August 9, 1967 in New Jersey to be used as transportation for college. After graduation the original owner moved to Ohio where the bike was put into storage. The Honda is equipped with all original parts except for the tires, which I replaced with Dunlop Universals because the originals were unsafe due to their age. I believe this bike to be rare with chrome fenders, chain guard and headlight which was offered to high volume dealers. As you can see, the bike is in very good condition for its age and runs well. Much would have to be done to make it pristine, but likely it would be well worth it. Included is the Original owners manual, tool kit, Certificate of Ownership, keys and a Clymer service manual. This bike is only available in the continental USA and the sale will be final, with no return. The winner will make all arrangements to ship the bike. I can assist once the transport company is here. Please feel free to ask any question regarding the bikes condition or provenance.

This has got to be the lowest VIN out there - number 1 might be out there somewhere but you know where you can find number 2 - right here. Aluminum fenders and seamless aluminum tank, low miles, kicks over - a great candidate for restoration. Up for sale is my 1967 Honda CL77 Scrambler 300 with the legendary 305 twin cylinder engine. This bike was and is beyond cool. It bleeds nostalgia. It was the dual sport version of the CB and featured a stronger frame with higher ground clearance and upswept dual exhaust. It was clad with knobby tires and long travel suspension. This bike conjures up images of James Dean and Elvis Presley; and the naked girl riding in circles around Kowalski in the movie Vanishing Point. This is a survivor bike in very good operating and cosmetic condition. It has less than 8400 original miles. It is complete and and it starts right up, shifts smooth and stops as it should. It has had a recent tune up including carb service, new air filters and intake boots, spark plugs and oil service. The front shocks were overhauled and resealed. The tank was cleaned and resealed. It has brand new tires (not shown in these photos). There is a little surface rust on the rear chrome fender and on the lower handlebar but nothing to apologize for on this great riding bike. Vintage bikes are commanding lots of attention and the 305 Scramblers are as hot as they come.I am the third owner. The original owner's California title was lost and was subsequently sold on bills of sale. Title searches in California and Texas came up clean. The pictures tell the rest of the story. This bike is located in the Dallas, Texas area (75088) and as it is offered for sale locally I reserve the right to end the auction early per ebay policy. Sold on Bill of Sale. Buyer responsible for local pick up or shipping. Will store for a reasonable period of time but full payment required as specified. Send questions through ebay relay. Inspections welcomed. Enjoy the pictures...

Engine was removed in the early 90's to repair a faulty kick starter problem. The repair was made by replacing the trans low gear which has the ratcheting mechanism inside of it. The engine itself was not touched as it ran great before the repair. The bike has 23,000 miles on it and is in excellent condition. All the parts are there and some extras. The rear left turn signal is broken as the photo shows. The bike itself has been sitting in storage all this time and the remaining engine related parts are at my house. Excellent bike to restore as show piece, must see.
Listing is for a running project 1966 Honda CL77 Scrambler 305 and two parts bikes with tons of spares. Red bike does start and run but oil pump housing has a crack so it leaks oil over time. Clutch grabs a bit and needs adjustment or replacement. Parts bikes are not complete and the engines do not kick over. I don't know if they are seized internally or if the kickstarters are broken. Spares include a very nice tank and fenders, chain guard, new wiring harness, new air filters, a complete engine that has decent compression and may very well run, spare block and cylinder, crank, pipes, etc. Some of the old internal part spares like crankshaft, etc. may or may not be usable. See pictures and ask any questions that you may have. Non-refundable deposit through Paypal required due within 24 hours. Balance due within 7 days of auction close regardless of when items are to be picked up. No exceptions. Cash in person, bank draft, or bank wire transfer accepted only. Thank you!

For sale is a 1966 Honda 305 Scrambler. It has new knobby tires and battery. The motorcycle runs and can be ridden. Most all of the bike is complete. It is not registered and out of the California DMV system. I purchased this motorcycle to restore, but health forces me to resell it. This is a great project for the Honda buff. Most parts are available.
