For sale is a 2008 Kawasaki Z1000. It is in excellent condition as well as an amazing bike that rides smooth. It has always been garage kept, and never rode in the rain or snow. It has 6,297 miles on it, and a bunch of upgrades that I will list below. Most of the upgrades I purchased from an Italian aftermarket dealer, because they looked better than the American parts. If you're looking for a streetfighter style, you won't find a cleaner bike. It has the same engine as the ZX-9R. The rims are powder coated to match the forks and the seat matches as well. I am asking 6,000, but I will consider reasonable offers. Call or text if you have any questions- I am in slc. Just moved to Dallas and in need of some cash. Bike is totally clean with a clean Illinois title. Has a Powercommander and a Two brothers Black series exhaust which were professionally installed by Kawasaki.
Likely the most well equipped and well maintained low mileage Concours you will find. Although I have added several performance enhancing modifications, I have pampered this bike. I have 6 motorcycles and I rotate them through my inventory frequently. Here are the details: I'm the original owner 3475 miles show contact info Factory features: ABS, traction control, keyless ignition, heated grips, shaft drive, electrically adjustable windshield, programmable ride modes, tire pressure monitor, multi-function display, detachable hard bags, etc... Aftermarket accessories: Vance and Hines slip on exhaust, Power Commander (tuned for this bike at the Sabin Performance Dyno in Dallas), K&N air filter, removal of secondary butterflies (which helped low end torque dramatically), Cee Bailey windshield, 2 inch handlebar riser with Ram Ball mount, Throttlemeister cruise control, extended front fender, external trickle charge cable. I have a Sabin Performance dyno report confirming 144.3 rear wheel HP, and 95.2 ft-lbs of torque. These results equate to approximately 172 engine HP. I don't need to sell the bike, and I don't need the money, nevertheless I have reduced the price. I have invested several thousand dollars and many hours of my time installing accessories and caring for this bike. No low-ballers please...

A first step on the road to glory. For more than 30 years, Kawasaki’s smallest KX™ motocrosser has played a key role in the sport of motocross, providing a race-winning platform on which countless national and supercross champions have begun the journey to superstar status. Today, Kawasaki’s maintains the same successful attributes, including a powerful and reliable 2-stroke engine, lightweight chassis, disc brakes and long travel suspension. Its reputation as the quintessential learning tool for young racers taking their first steps into the world of competitive riding is well-deserved.
