Pristine condition.  No scratches anywhere and has never been dropped or tipped over. Factory stock except for mild-riser clip-ons (nice!) and modified license plate location (see photos). 3150 original miles.  I am the third owner.  None of us rode it very much. Tires: Bridgestone Battlax BT016R with less than 200 miles. Included are the stock clip-ons, the stock rear fender/license-plate holder and the passenger seat. CYCLE WORLD (April 2013 issue) called the K5 GSX-R1000 "Godzilla" because it is the last of the pure superbikes: no gadgets or electronics to spoil the fury. All GSX-R1000s after this were heavier and had a worse power-to-weight ratio. This was the high-water mark.  And this one is essentially new. Bike is located in Santa Rosa, CA. Suzuki Gixxer 1000. It's not a motorcycle, it's a fighter jet without wings! I've broken the sound barrier several times with this boss and you can too! This Gixxer can bring felony-level of acceleration and speed without even getting out of first gear. It's got 25,000 miles, mainly from highway commuting in Southern California (Anaheim, San Diego), and I've even made it an international bike by riding it down to Tijuana. I've had it here in Montana for quite some time now and I just don't ride it enough. I'm also willing to throw in my helmet, which has some fairly decent wear and tear from years of use. It's a 2007 Icon Sinner Mainframe helmet (black & red with a naked girl on the sides). The bike was originally purchased in Anaheim, equipped with a Yoshimura exhaust system, Power Commander, and has been on the Dyno. The Power Commander may need to be reprogrammed to adjust to the elevation for the air intake. So if you want to go fast, ride wheelies, and get chicks, this is your bike!

I am selling my perfect 2005 Suzuki GSXR 1000. Many might say it but you will not find a better bike with lower miles at this price. With the frame guards and tank cover it is better than new. The bike is flawless and the mileage is an incredibly low 1979 miles. As a bonus the registration was just renewed. Always garaged, the bike was used for an occasional Sunday morning cruise around the Peninsula or a 3.5 mile ride to work. My plan is to sell it and buy an old Mustang (65-73). Don't get sideways about the salvage title bit, this bike is a beast and mechanically sound. The bike was recovered after being stolen and sold at a bank auction as for the salvage title.
