2005 Suzuki DR650se Dual Sport bike . These are street legal dirt bikes but this one has only served as a work commuter and never been romped,raced or ever in the dirt much.Bike runs great and is excellent condition for its 2005 model year age. Normal light wear and tear exists including small dent on fuel tank and gouge in the rear aluminum swing arm from kick stand contact when riding. Bike has had a lot of extra maintenance in 2016 including tires,brakes,battery,chain and sprockets air filter,spark plugs and synthetic oil changed every 2500 miles. This bike is in the ready condition, turn key and GO ...with this model...go and go and go ...very dependable made by suzuki for virtual decades with very few changes through out its long tenure in Suziki's line up of products.

Up for sale today is my pride and joy, a 2005 Suzuki V-Strom! Just put brand new fork seals and fork oil and overhauled both front brakes at a local shop, including all new seals and pads. It is an uncommon color (red) and is super clean, never been crashed or down. Tires are in excellent shape, chain just lubed, oil change was done 250 miles ago. Bike is FULLY loaded with thousands of dollars in accessories: *upgraded saddle in addition to the stock seat*heated grips*4 total Givi pannier cases*cell phone mount*full Remus exhaust (sounds sweet but not too loud!)*center stand*crash bars*skid plate*second windshieldJust paid $100 for registration so you'll be all set till September 2016. Also put a brand new battery in it a month ago. You'll see no expense was spared on this bike- my loss your gain.It is prime riding season, so time to get a bike and get riding! No longer commute and now it doesn't make sense for me to have both a car and a bike. It has highway mileage from previous owner (52k) but needs absolutely nothing- plenty of guys put 100k on Stroms with no issues. They are simply stellar bikes.Comparable bikes are the Yamaha TDM850 or Suzuki XR650, Kawasaki KLR, BMW GS. The DL650 is often preferred to the DL1000 due to its lower weight and great engine.

Very nice bike. Great condition. 19,181 miles. Added a pic showing scratch on right side cowling where bike tipped over. Engine guards were added since then. Also, one small scratch on the left cowling decal. The only other thing is the gas gage does not show all the way full when bike is full of gas. Price lowered to $3,750 due to current condition.

Sargent saddle SW Motech crash bars and skid plate for off-road protection Kaoko throttle control so you can relax your right hand. Manic Salamander bar-end weights to quell vibrations in the bars. Powerlet BMW style power outlet installed in fairing for heated vest or whatever might need 12v DC power. Wired for battery tender and GPS. Givi racks for panniers and tail trunk so you can take it all with you. Bags not included they have migrated to a different bike. New Yuasa battery in September, 2013 kept on battery tender.
