Unlike the analog instruments of the Interstate, the Aspencade had a dashboard with an LCD digital display.[58] The GL1200A also had foot boards for the passenger instead of footpegs.[79] Claimed dry weight for the 1984 Aspencade was 723 pounds (328 kg), and its price was $7,900.[50] The price was unchanged for 1985, and the Aspencade received the same updates as the Interstate model for that year.
