This bike has only had 2 owners. & has been kept in garage when not used. It has 28000 miles. Has been taken extremely wellcared for. , Never abused. Comfortable & smooth ride. Almost vintage. Very sporty. Newly registered & tagged. Serviced every two thousand miles with full synthetic Honda racing oil. No rust, 95% restored: new paint, custom grips, new seat. 1983 Honda NighthawkEngine runs well, Though the starter solenoid is faulty and you have to push start it. 1983 Honda Cb 550SC NIGHTHAWK, I'm one of those guys who got too excited about the first engine with two wheels I saw and am now over my head in getting my nighthawk titled and on top of that, my financial aid came up $4,000 short this semester so I'm in pretty serious need of cash. I bought it and rode it on and off for the last 9 months. It doesn't have engine or transmission issues but it is a bit bruised and has some rust here and there. Just a heads up, it is not titled so you will have to go to the dmv and fill out some paperwork. I have a folder of the information on the bike including the last registered owner. Please trust me, this bike is not stolen. I purchased a check on this bike before I bought it to be sure myself. Now the good: -I'm including in the price above a bunch of extra parts as seen in the pictures -I have started and ran it at least once a month since I bought it in December of last year. -It does run fine. The Bike -Has four brand new turn signals -Brand new ignition switch and two keys -I have both the original left and right side covers in matching black plastic It is rough but please give me a break. I know that these can be parted out for good money if you want to go that route but I've also seen them personalized really well! I'm welcome to answer any questions and fyi, it does come with a full tank of gas! $1500 OR BEST OFFER BUYS THE BIKE AND ALL OF THE PARTS IN ONE BUNDLE!!!!!! I have an 83 night hawk for sale no trades. It has the cb550 engine she runs and drives great. I'm moving soon and don't want to take it with me. 1983 Honda Nighthawk CB 550 SC. In 2009 the entire bike was taken apart (except the engine), frame was powder coated, and put back together again replacing anything broken or malfunctioning with original 1983 Honda Nighthawk parts. The bike has around 16,000 miles on it. It starts right up, runs great, shifts great, and everything works. It's a great bike for people upgrading from a 250 or experienced riders who just want something unique (the 1983 CB550 is the only body style of its kind). It has a shaft drive, so there is no lag on the throttle and your chain will never slip. I bought a new battery in March, and the tires have less than 200 miles on them. With minimal effort it can be restored to the original look or provide the base of your own unique cafe racer. It comes with the official Honda shop manual used by professional mechanics, so if you want to make any alterations, you'll know how it all fits together. This is a 1983 Nighthawk 550. Shaft Drive and oil cooling. Only 2 years they were made and everyone liked them. They quit making these and started making the Shadow model.

I have a 1983 Honda Nighthawk for sale, 17,xxx miles. The bike is in good condition but needs a battery. The exhaust was recently done, new tank put on a about a year ago and the seat was redone in March of 2014. Asking $900 obo Will not let me upload pics but can send via text or email
