is up for sale. Wife says I can only have one bike and this is the one that has to go. 1982 Suzuki GS450TZ 40966 miles This is a great bike for the beginner and intermediate riders... however, even after 45+ years of riding I still enjoy taking it out. Also very popular with the custom re-builders! A few things about the bike: - upgraded Stator (20+ amps) - upgraded Regulator to Series (not Shunt type) Helps engine run MUCH cooler and saves gas - engine is 500 cc (from '92 Suzuki 500) - upgraded front brakes (MUCH better stopping power than stock) - 600watt amplifier/speakers (Very loud and clear sound - great for highway!) - Voltage/Ammeter (provides monitoring of electrical loading) - dual Charger output (cig charger port and Micro USB - X Grip Cell phone holder - Chrome Oil Pressure gauge - Temp/clock - upgraded left control (includes hi-beam flasher and emergency flasher) - wired for heated riding gear - upgraded Progressive Shocks - Lockable saddlebag mount (comes with saddlebags, but could use to be replaced) - WindScreen - Highway lights - high output HID Headlight - Custom removable/lockable seats Saddleman Seat & original (seats are interchangeable in minutes with keylock release) - Highway bar and pegs - rear luggage rack - original manual - shop manual - many extra parts for storage - upgraded sprockets (original sprockets included) (I used it for highway riding and didn't want the engine running as too high RPMs. Able to get approx 50mpg at highway speeds) - LED running lights (yep, it looks good at night!) - Original paint, etc. Full disclosure: bike was laid down a few years ago (side slide), but all damage limited to external stuff only i.e. highway bar and luggage rack took the brunt and saved the bike - like they're supposed to do! No core damage at all. Feel free to ask questions, will tell you all I know about the bike. I'm the second owner and had it since 16k. This IS a classic and in very good shape. Since I haven't ridden it much this season, carbs could use either a lot of SeaFoam or a general rebuild.
Got this bike a year ago thinking I would ride it more than I do. Only 433 miles on it. Comes with Indian helmet (xl) and bike jacket (xl) and bike cover. Love to ride this thing, but don't have the time. Stored in garage, no dings or dents. Super babied.
Selling my very low mileage 2011 ZX10R with traction control. Bike is Fast!!!! Not recommended for new riders. Very nimble for a literbike. Bike is a lot of fun. Selling my rebuilt '82 Suzuki gs650G Cafe racer. It's a quick, tough bike that gets lots of attention in public. Runs like a champ. Regular service & maintenance performed on it. VERY INTERESTED IN TRADING FOR OLD HARLEYS THAT RUN, PREFERABLY SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN BUILT INTO A CHOPPER/BOBBER
