1981 Yamaha Xs400 SH, New on bike: Mini speedometer; Headlight brackets; Rubber front fork boots; Freshly painted rims+tank; Fresh oil and oil filter; Custom side-mounted license plate with vintage 1930's automobile brake light housing; Natural rubber Biltwell grips; "Clip on" handlebars; Fold up bar end mirror; Refurbished front brake caliper; Wrapped exhaust pipes; Slash cut shorty mufflers. Bike has: 15,000+miles on the original speedometer, both kick and electric start (each works fine, start button needs minor repair). 392cc engine has had a recent vale inspection and adjustment. Engine and frame serial numbers match, I am in possession of the title. Cool little XS400 bobber. Not perfect but a fun little bike. Runs, rides, and stops good. All hardtail and components seem very solid and put together well. Paint is black with very very heavy blue pearl with copper leafed graphics. I'm not sure what the actual mileage is of this bike. When started with the choke on it revs kinda high so you have to play with it a bit before she'll idle good without the choke. Has tach speedo horn and turn signals (front left bulb is burnt out). Kick start only but I believe the starter is still there along with the wiring so if you wanted to reconnect it may be possible. Tires are like new. Like I said, this is no perfect bike and it's older than me but it is fun as heck! This bike is sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied. Any shipping is responsibility of the buyer.

1981 Yamaha Xs650 , For sale is my 1981 Yamaha XS-650. It has 6.X thousand miles on the odometer, although it is not the original. It has a clean Oklahoma title. The bike has some cafe racer stylings like the seat, handlebars, gauge area, and removed front fender. I still have the chrome front fender that will come with the bike. This classic bike turns heads wherever I go and people constantly ask questions about it. I drive it to work and around town a for short trips but now I just had my second child and I just don't have the time to ride it and could use the money elsewhere. This is a 1981 and comes with the usual things any older bike or car does. It smells like a motor, leaks a little oil, and isn't perfect by any means. It's a cool, old, Yamaha 650 that I can guarantee you will never see one that looks the same. I recently had the stator and charging system replaced with brand new.
