The initial idea was to line up in the motocross/450 class with a bike featuring reduced displacement, but all the advantages of a lighter bike. The final result was the birth of the 350 SX-F and foundations being laid for a legend. Its first victory in the first world championship race and the world championship title in its first season — what better proof could there be for the brilliance of this concept? The sensation of the 2010 MX season enters the next round with a revamped chassis and an even more robust clutch.

2014 KTM 350 SX-F with only 4 hours run time on the bike! I purchased this bike brand new as a leftover model from an authorized KTM dealer and have only put 4 hours run time on it ever since (yes, sadly that is true, see pics). The bike has a registered STREET LEGAL Arkansas title, and comes with a Sicass brand Street Legalizer kit (still new in package – break lights, headlights, horn…) and new set of prockets (still in package also). I bought this bike to convert to a supermoto but found a bride before I found the time to buy the wheels and slicks. The bike has only been actually ridden 6 times: once to break it in and 5 short trips around my neighborhood on the pavement to keep the fuel from sitting and to keep the battery from depleting. Bike is in excellent condition and has always sat in my garage. The bike is so new it still has the factory shipping grease on the chain! Price is FIRM, $5500 cash only.

2013 KTM 350 SX-F, 2013 KTM 350 SX-F BENCHMARK For 2 years now, the KTM 350 SX-F has been demonstrating that races are not decided by displacement. This unique bike supplies the power and performance of a 450 combined with the handling of a 250. Now the MX1 championship bike is entering MY 2013 with a revamped engine, an improved chassis and new bodywork.
2014 KTM 350 SX-F, 2014 KTM 350 SX-F BENCHMARK In the three years since the revolutionary 350 SX-F has been introduced, this bike has proven that it is possible to win the MX1 World Championship even with reduced displacement. Since then, Tony Cairoli has clearly dominated the class with the 350 SX-F, and in 2013, the Italian once again bets on the ingenious combination of low-weight, playful agility and a high-revving engine. A unique recipe for success that benefits amateurs and pros alike. Features May Include: TRIPLE CLAMPSTop-quality, CNC-machined triple clamps have been something of a KTM trademark. Ensuring a precise handling, they perceptibly support the flex characteristics, and with it, the fork's action.SWINGARMDesigned using the latest in calculation and simulation software, the design and wall thickness of the cast aluminum swingarm have been optimized for minimum weight at optimum stiffness and precisely defined flexibility provides perfect stability at minimum weight. For 2014, the engineers have revised the chain guide to increase reliability while lowering the weight.SUSPENSION/DAMPINGThe rear monoshock as well as the 48mm upside-down front fork by WP Suspension guarantee the best response and damping characteristics. In 2014, the fork has more reserves against bottoming out thanks to their optimized setting. Of course, compression and rebound damping can be adjusted to the track conditions and the rider's preferences with a twist of the wrist - the rear monoshock even has separate high and low speed adjustments.TRANSMISSIONThe 5-speed gear box has been adapted to the 350 SX-F's engine characterisitics and is distinguished by easy and precise shifting.CLUTCHThe highly compact CSS (Coil Spring Steel) cltuch uses a wear-free steel basket and eight clutch plates which are extremely heat resistant due to their steel carrier discs. The Brembo hydraulic system with its new master cylinder provides easy and precise modulation.ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS)In combination with the revolutionary injector position as developed by KTM, the Keihin Engine Management System, with electronic fuel injection and 44mm throttle body provides the engine with a spontaneous response and maximum performance. For 2014, the wiring harness of the 350 SX-F has been further simplified and even higher quality wires and connectors are used. In order to protect them against pressure washers, many connectors are now enclosed in new rubber boots. With an optional map-select switch from the KTM PowerParts program, EMS continues to allow selecting different engine characteristics. In addition, the optional User-Setting Tool allows to readout engine data with a laptop and change the ignition and injection mappings with a few mouse clicks.CRANKSHAFTThe 3

2017 KTM 350 SX-F, NEW 2017 KTM 350 SX-F NOW IN STOCK! 2017 KTM 350 SX-F THE ULTIMATE COMBO Since Tony Cairoli first took a 350 SX-F to the top of the MX1 World Championship in 2010, the Red Bull KTM athlete has dominated the cl*** aboard this nimble but powerful bike with five consecutive World Championship titles. No surprises here, with the combination of 450-cl*** muscle and the agility of a 250. Who said you can t have everything? Features may include: 99.8 KGThe main target for the KTM engineers when developing the SX models was a m***ive weight reduction compared to the previous generation. The result: the current SX-F models are the slimmest, lightest bikes on the track. Even though the 4-strokes are equipped with an electric starter as a standard feature, while the competition still needs to be kick started, the SX-F line weigh in pounds less. Rather than kicking to start - you can focus on kicking ***.AIRBOXThe airbox design offers maximum protection of the air filter while ensuring maximum airflow. The large twin-air filter is mounted in a stiff cage, which at the same time holds the system in place. This design is so simple, you could still pop a fresh one in with a face full of mud. Without tools. In seconds.FRAMEThe high-tech, lightweight chrome-moly steel frame is engineered for excellent handling, precise cornering and supreme stability. You can also count on high torsional rigidity and low longitudinal stiffness for better absorption of the energy created by the front and rear suspension sucking up jumps and bumps. In short: more comfort and less rider fatigue. Laterally attached, lightweight engine head stays contribute to a reduced vibration level. Two threaded inserts in the lower cradle tubes allow for an optional skid plate. The engineers were able to pull off all that, while making the frame two pounds lighter than that of the lightest competitor on the market. In addition, the frame is easier to maintain, easier to work on and supplies more space for the tank and other components. The bike also features an extra-light aluminum subframe, which weighs in at less than 2 pounds.FOOTPEGSSophisticated ´No Dirt´ footpegs prevent clogging of the footpeg pivot, even when digging in deep ruts. Looking for a higher riding position? Then just mount the footpegs of the MY2017 EXC models, which are 6mm higher than the SX versions.BRAKESYou can t brake any harder, better, faster or stronger. These high-tech Brembo babies are combined with lightweight wave discs made by Galfer. For 2017, the rear brake features a 10mm longer brake pedal and you get new, less aggressive brake pads all round.HANDLEBARKTM engineers sure know how to handle handlebars. This tapered one, made of high-strength aluminum by NEKEN, is fixed in damped rubber
2016 KTM 350 SX-F, The Ultimate Combination = 2016 KTM 350 SX-F 2016 KTM 350 SX-F The Ultimate Combination With the arrival of the new generation 350 SX-F the success story can continue. The dominance with which this machine has won one world championship title after another is certainly unrivaled... Since Tony Cairoli s first win in the 2010 MX1 World Championship, his first year as a KTM factory rider on the 350 SX-F, the Red Bull athlete from Sicily has dominated the class with five consecutive world championships at the top tier of motocross aboard this nimble, but powerful bike including many, many race wins. The bike itself comprises of almost as much power as a 450, but with the agility of a 250 so the basic idea is easily summarized, and has been a concept with success from the start. Features May Include: ENGINEThe new DOHC (Double Overhead Camshaft) engine of the 350 SX-F features a completely new construction in order to make it even more compact and powerful than before. Fitted with the latest electronic fuel injection system and electric starter, it has a very wide usable speed range, high performance and incredibly efficient rideability. The new design made the engine 20 mm shorter than previously, while reducing the weight by 1 kg to only 27.2 kg.CYLINDER AND PISTONIn the redesigned and shorter cylinder, with a bore of 88 mm, works a weight reduced forged bridged box-type piston made by CP. Its new piston crown geometry is adapted to the new high-compression combustion chamber and stands out with its extra rigid structure, combined with a low weight. The compression ratio is at 14:1. Thanks to the low oscillating masses, the engine offers extremely lively characteristics.TRANSMISSIONThe new engine is fitted with an all-new and weight reduced, five-speed gearbox. It features the same gear ratio as the previous model, but has wider gear sprockets, featuring a special surface treatment on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th gears for improved reliability. One of the new and special features on the bike is an advanced NO-DIRT gear lever design, which prevents dirt from blocking the joint of the lever and guarantees a safe activation of the transmission.MONOSHOCKThe new generation of monoshock made by WP Suspension has been developed for the new SX models in conjunction with the new frame and swingarm architecture, including the reworked linkage system and the new WP forks. The linkage system has also been reworked with a revised geometry and longer pull rods, which was tested last season in most of the KTM factory bikes.FORKSThe KTM SX models are fitted with a revolutionary new and super-lightweight WP fork, a 48 mm USD air-sprung fork developed by WP Suspension in close collaboration with KTM.
