2016 Husqvarna FE 350 S, 2016 Husqvarna® FE 350 S TOP PERFORMANCE, LESS EFFORT With the introduction of the street legal variant of the FE 350, Husqvarna provides the freedom of everyday-riding for one of the most versatile Enduro bikes on the market. The FE 350 shares its engine architecture with the FE 250, but with 25% more power. The combination of 450-rivalling power and 250 size and weight means top performance with less effort. The precise 6-speed gearbox is mated to a new Brembo hydraulic clutch for smooth shifting, while the Brembo calipers and new disc brakes guarantee superior stopping power and maximum feeling. Features May Include: ENGINE Strong torque is delivered across an extremely wide rev range in a smooth and effortless surge all the way to the 12,000 rpm rev limit. Peak power of 46hp from the 350cc, 28.5kg engine puts the FE 350 on the same level as bigger 450cc competitors. The 57.5 mm stroke and 88mm bore allow for large diameter valves. The 36.3mm titanium intake and 29.1mm exhaust valves weigh only 22.4g and 22.7g each respectively, and are operated by DLC coated finger followers. The cam timing and overall performance are tuned for enduro-style riding. COUNTER BALANCE SHAFT On the 4-stroke engines, vibrations are kept to a minimum thanks to a multifunctional counter balance shaft that cancels inertia forces and contributes to the compact layout of the engines. It also drives the water pump and timing chain and contributes to the compact engine design. CRANKSHAFT Class-leading performance, matched with incredible reliability, is achieved thanks to the most advanced crankshaft and conrod technology. All the 4-stroke engines feature crankshafts and conrods produced by industry leader Pankl, ensuring by far the best durability and longest service intervals in the competition enduro segment (135 hours before major engine rebuilds). The plain big end bearing and the force-fitted bearing shells ensure that high performance and durability can be combined. COOLING SYSTEM WP Performance Systems radiators feature integrated routing into the frame. This system dissipates heat efficiently and guarantees optimal cooling and fitting thanks to reduced tubing. CHROMOLY STEEL FRAME High-strength steel of the highest quality is laser cut and robot welded to exacting standards by WP Performance Systems, according to precise torsional rigidity, longitudinal flex and weight defined by our R&D department. Finely-tuned torsional rigidity provides sharp handling and stability, while calculated longitudinal flex helps absorb impacts from the terrain, working together with the suspension for better comfort and greater feedback. The lightweight design allows riders to confidently pick faster lines while maintaining race-winning pace over extended periods of time. POLYAMIDE REAR SUBFRAME The lightweight, three-piece poly

2016 Husqvarna TE 300, 2016 Husqvarna® TE 300 EXTREME ENDURO PERFORMANCE TO TAKE ON ANY TERRAIN The 300 cc engine puts out 54 hp, and with an overall weight of just 104.6 kg without fuel, the TE 300 combines extreme performance and solid reliability, with typically low 2-stroke maintenance costs. The astonishing performance potential is easily accessible thanks to the updated forks, modified front-end geometry and revised shock setup. The power is confidently controlled through the new Brembo hydraulic clutch and smooth 6-speed gearbox. Premium components and equipment include electric and kick start, standard handlebar map switch, Brembo brake calipers and the largest capacity fuel tank in the competition enduro segment. Features May Include: ENGINE With a 54 hp power output, the TE 300 is the most powerful 2-stroke engine available today. The engine features a sophisticated exhaust valve that optimises power delivery and, combined with the Boyesen reed valve, offers excellent response and durability. STANDARD MAP SWITCH The engine characteristics can be tailored thanks to the standard map switch that modifies the CDI curve between two ignition curves according to rider preference, conditions and terrain. Further optimisation of the power delivery can be obtained by varying the spring stiffness in the exhaust valve. NEW BREMBO HYDRAULIC CLUTCH The TE 300 now features a new Brembo hydraulic clutch system. The high quality clutch system guarantees perfect modulation of the clutch in every condition. This means that the play is constantly compensated so that the pressure point and the function of the clutch remain identical in cold or hot conditions and over time. The Brembo clutch also features even wear characteristics and is nearly maintenance-free. ELECTRIC AND KICK START Standard electric start ensures effortless and reliable starting that is especially useful in difficult terrain. The TE 250 and TE 300 2-strokes have both an electric and a kick starter as standard. PERFECT ERGONOMICS Ergonomics play a major role in rider feeling and confidence, so the handlebar can be adjusted in 4 different positions to adapt to a wide variety of riders. The stylish and modern bodywork has been designed for a perfect fit of man and machine, allowing for total control in all conditions for the most diverse body sizes. The new seat cover is highly resistant and greatly improves grip compared to the previous material. The colour is now a deep blue that integrates perfectly with the new colour of the bodywork. NEW FRONT AXLE AND FORK SHOES Detail improvements and optimisation on the MY16 enduro bikes are based on the updated front end where a new 22 mm front axle with specific fork shoes replaces the previous 26 mm axle. The new axle is lighter, and the shoes have shorter offset and increased trail, for more stability and better front-e

2016 Husqvarna FC 250, 2016 Husqvarna® FC 250 RAZOR-SHARP AGILITY A completely new 250cc DOHC engine has been designed to perfectly match the new generation chassis. All internal components have been revised and repackaged in order to reposition the engine within the new chromoly steel frame, shifting the mass closer to the centre of gravity of the motorcycle. In combination with the shorter and lighter carbon fibre rear subframe, revised 4CS fork, new shock, new rear link and shorter exhaust, the new FC 250 has enormously improved handling, manoeuvrability and performance compared to the previous generation. Features May Include: NEW FRAME The engineers in Research and Development have designed a completely new chromium molibdenum steel frame that redefines every structural aspect in order to improve handling, ergonomics and packaging. The torsional rigidity and longitudinal stiffness have been completely rethought. The 6mm wider and 2mm lower steel tubes offer 20% more torsional rigidity and 30% less longitudinal stiffness compared to the previous generation frame design. These characteristics, matched to the new engine stays, improve handling precision while at the same time increasing bump-absorption and feeling. NEW SUSPENSION WP s 4CS fork has a revised setup to match the new chassis characteristics of the MY16 generation motocross. As with all 4CS forks by WP, the clicker settings can be easily and quickly adjusted via the dials on the top of the fork tubes. The red dial on the right alters rebound damping, while the white dial on the left is for compression damping. A new, shorter and lighter shock by WP features a larger gas chamber designed to maintain consistent performance during use. New internal components, such as the piston and shock shaft increase setup options. A new clevis design contributes to shortening the overall length by 12 mm, while the stroke is reduced by 3 mm. The shock is completely adjustable for high and low speed compression damping as well as rebound. The rear link has been completely redesigned to match the new rear shock. 148.2 mm pull rods replace the previous link s 145 mm items and, combined with the redesigned bell crank, maintains a similar progressive rate as MY15. Rear wheel travel is now 300 mm and, thanks to the uprated rear suspension behaviour, softer springs can be used. NEW CRANKCASES The new FC 250 features a completely redesigned engine with mass-centralisation and weight reduction as the main goals. All the major components have been repositioned; the crankshaft has been raised by 6 mm while the clutch shaft is 11.1 mm further back and 26.9 mm higher up. These modifications required a complete redesign of the crankcases which are now significantly more compact and lighter. NEW ENGINE The crankshaft has been repositioned and is now 6 mm higher than on the previous engine and, together with a 6

2017 Husqvarna TE 300, 2017 Husqvarna® TE 300 LIMITLESS ENDURO There is no wiser choice for serious hard- and extreme-Enduro riders. Built to tackle extraordinary challenges, the 2017 model is completely new and boasts improved performance, reduced weight and smoother power across a wider rev range. Redesigned bodywork and chassis are thinner between the legs, slightly shorter front to back and less tall - keeping the centre of gravity low and centred. This makes movement easier in extreme situations. The new engine design has a laterally-mounted counter balancer shaft to significantly reduce vibrations and offers a smoother and more comfortable ride for even more hours in the saddle. WP's new enduro-specific Xplor forks and shock will make tackling the roughest terrain much easier. Features may include: Engine The 300cc 2-stroke engine sets the benchmark in unrivalled power and lightweight construction. The engine has a completely new construction featuring new shaft arrangements for improved mass centralisation, a new counter balancer shaft reducing vibration, a new twin-valve controlled power valve and re-worked 6-speed enduro gearbox. Counter-balancer The new engine design allows for the implementation of a laterally mounted counter-balancer. The balancer is integrated in a very compact way and significantly reduces vibrations resulting in a smoother and more comfortable ride. Crankcase The lightweight, die-cast engine casings are developed to accommodate new shaft arrangements. The clutch shaft is now 8mm higher while the crankshaft position is 27mm higher centralising oscillating mass and improving ride-ability Carburettor The TE 300 features a 38mm flat slide Mikuni TMX carburettor replacing the previous Keihin model. This new carburettor provides a smooth and controllable power delivery with optimal performance over the entire RPM range. Additionally, the new Mikuni model is less sensitive to changes in temperature and altitude which reduces the need for setting changes in different conditions. Electric and kick start The TE 300 is fitted with a new electric starter located below the engine. This position ensures that the unit is always protected while the new design is less complex and more reliable. Additionally, the system is now linked to a lightweight and powerful Li-Ion battery which is 1 kg lighter than the previous model. A standard kick starter is fitted as a fail safe. Map select switch The engine characteristics can be tailored thanks to the standard map switch that modifies the CDI curve between two ignition curves according to rider preference, conditions and terrain. Further optimisation of the power delivery can be obtained by varying the spring stiffness in the exhaust valve. Large capacity fuel tank Hours of riding are g
