You're bidding on a 1995 VFR750F Interceptor, fourth generation (4th gen). This is the iconic RC30 motorcycle that brought all the best Honda race technology to the masses. An aluminum frame coupled with a single-sided swingarm, and a nearly bulletproof powerplant featuring a four stroke 90-degree V4 with DOHC and 4 valves per cylinder producing 105hp at 10k RPM. It features a 6-speed transmission that is smooth as butter and very, very fast; it will handle highway speeds with barely any effort and even 6th gear has plenty of passing power. The aluminum twin-spar perimeter frame keeps the weight down, a mere 461lbs dry weight, but it's unbelievably stable on the highway. A 5.5 gallon tank will keep you riding for many miles on long cruises or commutes. This bike is considered a sport-touring bike, and has a slightly more vertical sitting position to make it more comfortable to ride longer distances. It's a classic, iconic Honda that has it all: the speed, the agility, the endurance for long rides, and the race pedigree. VFR owners know all about how amazing this bike is, and a few minutes of research on the internet can give you all the testament you'll need. But enough about that - you want to know about this particular bike. I purchased this bike to bring it back to life. The previous owner had a low-speed mishap on the left side and didn't ride very often. Fast forward many years later, and it certainly needed plenty of TLC to get it back to daily driving. I came across this gem with a focus more on the mechanical than the cosmetic. I wanted a potential daily driver for my commute that could handle highway speeds in stability and comfort but still be manageable in the city. I wanted it to be ultra-reliable and as low-maintenance as possible. I wanted it to be fun to ride. I found this VFR750 with some cosmetic faults and just a few mechanical problems that could easily be fixed and most importantly: the engine ran perfectly. I've completed all the mechanical tasks I set out to do and brought it back to a daily driver state. I ride it naked (no fairings) out of personal preference, and because the left fairing has some damage to it. I just happen to like the look of a naked bike, plus the photos should show you plenty of detail as to the condition of things 'under' the fairings, so to speak. Nothing hidden here. Also, it's garage kept. The next owner of this bike will have the advantage of having everything mechanical already replaced and taken care of - the only thing left is restoring the left fairing (not overly difficult or expensive, I'm told - or you could simply replace the left fairing completely for a couple of hundred bucks) and fix a crack in the top fairing. A coat of paint and it'll look as nice as it runs. The seat cover has some tears in it (possibly from the fall, I don't know - again, it's just cosmetic, see the photos). I'll throw in a new seat cover you can have an upholstery shop staple into place (grey color). I also recently picked up the rear seat cowl; it's red and it's ultra rare for this generation of VFR. Included of course. So, needless to say, this is an older motorcycle (twenty years old!) and it has clearly seen a few dings. Previous owner definitely laid it down and the left fairings have some damage. Mechanically, nearly everything has been replaced or reconditioned and it runs perfectly. At this point the only damage is cosmetic. Forks have been completely rebuilt, seals replaced, fork oil replaced, and brand new RaceTech springs installed. All electronics and lights work flawlessly. Headlights, turn signals, brake lights, all work perfectly. The previous owner deleted the rear fender so I added a small LED license plate light (it's the law down here). You can change it or remove it easily.Clutch has been completely rebuilt with a brand new clutch pack and rebuilt master and slave cylinder. Clutch is hydraulic - very consistent, smooth operation and far superior to cable clutches found in lower-tech bikes or 'race' bikes claiming a weight savings with a cable clutch.Rear tire is nearly new, front tire is still fine but could stand to be replaced. One of the mirrors is cracked but both are functional.Chain and sprockets are all brand new: D.I.D. x-ring chain and ultra-light front and rear sprocket set. Master link is riveted for performance and safety.Brand new air filter.New Renthal grips.Oil and filter were changed less than 200 miles ago with motorcycle-specific synthetic oil. Coolant flushed and replaced, hydraulics (brake and clutch) flushed and replaced. Spark plugs are all new Iridium NGK. Fuel tank internals replaced with brand new fuel level float + sender, and new petcock and primary fuel filter.Has an aftermarket non-OEM locking gascap installed. Keys are included.Inline fuel filter replaced.Fuel pump replaced and works.Brand new Shorai Lithium battery. (that's a $200 battery - feel free to look it up.)Includes rear seat cowl - those things are rare!Includes the full set of external fairings.Includes a new vinyl seat cover to replace the damaged seat cover on it now.It has the OEM Honda exhaust and has never had an aftermarket exhaust fitted to it.Includes two keys. The bike shows external wear - to be expected from a 20 year old vehicle - but is mechanically sound and runs great. The left fairing has some damage on it, and can be repaired. The upper left side of the top fairing (where the left turn signal sits) has a small crack. The duct tape on the inner side currently seals the crack, and the two pieces of duct tape on the top and outside of the turn signal simple create a seal around the turn signal. The crack is easily repaired. The bottom fairing is intact and in good condition. The seat has some tears on the left side. I'm including a new vinyl seat cover you can use to replace it.It's missing one bar-end. You'll notice a shiny aluminum spot on the frame above the right rearset (footpeg). The previous owner painted the frame of the bike black (probably around the time he painted it white with a black stripe). I was testing to see how difficult it would be to remove the black paint from the frame (the original bike has a raw aluminum frame.) Again, simple cosmetic work. Please look at the photos carefully! There's a lot to see, and I'm happy to answer any questions about the bike or what was done to restore it to fully operational. If you'd like a test ride and you live locally we can make arrangements to do so - you'll need a valid motorcycle endorsement (of course). This motorcycle is being sold as-is, and there are no returns, so please make sure you ask everything that's on your mind before committing to the sale. Buyer must make arrangements for shipping, if shipping is necessary. Local pickup is fine. Contact me with questions or options.

2007 Honda VFR800 Interceptor 25th Anniversary Edition. 3300 Original miles, this bike is like new. Florida bike, it has never seen rain, never down, perfect condition. Aftermarket items professionally installed: DynoJet Power Commander V with DynoJet Custom Map for the Two Brothers pipe and K&N Air Filter. The Dynojet PCV eliminates that off idle stumble the VFR's are famous for and smooths out the throttle response considerably. Corbin Gunfighter Seat, carbon fiber leather with red piping, with removable backrest for your passenger. It has the solo seat cover as shown. I have the stock seat as well, like new condition. Two Brothers Magnesium Exhaust. Throttlemeister Throttle Lock with weighted bar ends to ease the vibration on your wrists, matching red paint. The tires are Metzeler, new condition. It has a rear fender removal and license plate tuck kit to clean up the rear end. There are approximately $2500 in aftermarket upgrades on this bike to make the bike more rideable and comfortable, everything is very high quality. If you would make some of these same mods, then this bike is a good deal. However if you want a stock bike this is probably not the bike for you. This bike is as nice as I have seen ever, low original miles, tasteful modifications that were professionally installed. What else can I say, it rides beautifully, looks like brand new, just needs a proud new owner. You are welcome to come look at the bike at any time, I have no issues whatsoever. You want to know the bike you are buying is what I say it is. You can also have someone come look at it for you if you like. I am open to trades within reason, please be respectful and professional as that is how I will interact with you. Shipping Motorcycles is very safe and fast, as well as quite reasonable. I have used both UShip and Haulbikes and both have been under $500 and has taken about a week depending on location. The average cost seems to be between $300 to $500 if you shop around. I can also deliver it to you ASAP if you are on the East Coast in my enclosed trailer, contact me for details. The bottom line is that if you want the cleanest, lowest mileage 25th Anniversary Interceptor with some very high quality modifications, this is the bike. I have owned this very nice VFR for 36 of the 49K miles on the odometer. Before me, the accomplished wife of a very accomplished motorcyclist in the Atlanta area owned the bike. I bought it in 2005 in absolutely perfect OEM condition. All maintenance, upgrades, modifications, tire changes--everything--has been performed by ME, and that's a very good thing for the next owner. I'm good. And I'm 59, so no silly stuff about this VFR. My last long trip with this bike was ~1500 miles through the Blue Ridge last September (trailering up and back to Florida), with perfect performance throughout. And then I bought a Ducati Multistrada, which will be my new touring bike. My RC51 remains in the stable, serving as the ultimate sportbike. So the reliable, comfortable VFR needs a new home. Here are the things a knowledgeable buyer might want to know about this motorcycle:Front forks are built (by me) for a 200 lb rider, using RaceTech springs, Gold valves, seals, etc. Valve shim stacks for compression [C33] and rebound [R19] are street oriented, not harsh race settings. Forks were upgraded using Honda CBR600 F3 internals, which provide adjustable rebound damping (see photo of fork top), unlike any other VFR out there. Also, see the shop photo that shows OEM springs and fork parts on top, and Racetech springs and F3 parts on the bottom. I have worked and adjusted these forks to supple, controlled perfection.Shock is an expensive Penske, perfectly sprung for a 200 lb rider. I set compression at "1" for plush highway use and "3" for sportriding in the twisty stuff. (see photo) I have developed preload settings for single or two-up riding. Tires are Pilot Road 4s, with ~1500 miles on them, mounted and balanced by me on September 10, 2014. (see photos)Brake pads are EBC HH. As good as it gets.Shifter detent upgraded using the Factory Pro kit, EVO H-91 (see photo, upgraded unit kit is shown on the right). Huge improvement in shifting, and eliminates the "false neutral" that these bikes (actually the rider!) sometimes have. 1999 headers (no cat converter) that have been treated with JetHot Coating. Muffler is an 18 inch (full-length) Delkevic for nice mellow sound (not loud!). O2 eliminators added to wiring harness for zero fuel injection error codes.Corbin seat, with yellow piping. 100% more comfortable than the awful OEM seat, and looks great, too.Throttlemeister cruise control (with heavy bar ends).Frame sliders (these are the rare "thru the radiator opening" units, see photos). These sliders will NOT save your bike from any damage if you crash it, but a slipped foot and a resulting "driveway drop" will only damage your ego. Spare clutch, brake, shift, and rear brake levers come with the bike. I keep them under the seat at all times in a cloth bag. You never know....Headlights--OEM bulbs replaced with Sylvania SilverStars. (Better white light, not ugly blue.)Fuse block (with plenty of open slots, see photo) triggered by relay to battery, so that all accessories "power off" with ignition. Automobile horns (hi & lo tones) triggered by relay from fuse block (see photo). You'll really get noticed!Heated grips--Dual Star brand. Grips are fed from the fuse block. You cannot accidentally leave them "ON" when you park the bike.Cooling fan on regulator/rectifier, and three prong connector to alternator has been removed and hardwired. Zero electrical problems, ever. K&N air filter. Seems to stay clean forever.Gearing--15/45 versus the OEM 16/43 sprockets. Acceleration change is dramatic versus a stock VFR, and top speed is still 143 mph.SpeedoHealer, perfectly calibrated to show the exact road speed on dashboard with the sprocket gearing change described above (see photo, to the rear of the rectifier).Steering head bearings--recently replaced with All Balls tapered roller bearing, and will last forever. Front calipers fully rebuilt with OEM Honda parts at the 35K mark. Just because I wanted to. Chain--about 10K miles, still in perfect condition. I drench the chain with DuPont Chainsaver Teflon lube every 250-300 miles, then I wipe it clean. Then a little more Chainsaver.Plugs, injectors, manifold boots, FI sensors, coolant, PAIR valve blockoff, "Starter Valve" synchronization, and a host of other mid-life maintenance items performed in March 2013. Engine is flawless, mpg is about 42. YMMV.Shoei RF 1000 helmet comes with the bike, in the exact yellow of the bike, size Large. Only briefly used in 2011, as all my communication and radar detector gear was in my Shoei X-11 helmet and it stayed there, so the yellow lid sat in a cabinet. If you don't want it, I'll toss it.Garage-kept its entire life, plugged into a Battery Tender. Lots of paperwork/receipts go with the bike, or I'll toss it. Owners manual, too.I can be available to help with the logistics of shipping at my end, subject to scheduling that works for me.
