This bike came to me red and black as in the pictures, NOT/NEVER crashed, totaled, nor destroyed bike, but a great running, immaculate motorcycle. Changing it to a Repsol bike using all new injected molded body work, and the rims were painted by a professional in West Bend WI for a different bike of mine and I'm switching the colors of that bike, so I am put the orange rims on this bike and changing it to a Repsol. I was traded this bike for a 1000rr race bike I had, and I have no interest in street riding. I rode it 10 miles to check it all over. I noticed a small scuff on the right stator cover, something that would have been prevented if the previous owner would have placed the frame guards on sooner. They are not scuffed at all. There is still the option to get this bike in stock colors. So, please, call me first if or if you have an offer, be very specific! I'm open to switching out the body or changing it to the other two pictures at the end on this listing. That is the more current MOTOGP #93 colors of 2015 than the first pictures. For your consideration I offer my 2012 CBR1000rr with approximately 3750 miles (miles will increase as I am still riding it). As you can see it has aftermarket plastic not the cheap plastic but good ABS aftermarket plastic, well made and a great finish. I don't know the story behind why, I bought it from a dealer last year at the end of August. I assume there was some type of fall, nothing that effects the performance of the bike. There is a small ding in the clutch cover and some scratches on the stock exhaust (see Pictures). When I bought it there was 3000 miles on it. I put a Two Bothers slip-on and DanMoto rear sets (don't like the factory rear sets). The stock exhaust and the stock rear sets will be included in the sale. Tires were new at 3000 miles when I bought it so they are plenty good still. The bike runs and drives excellent, it is a blast to ride and the color scheme gets a lot of compliments. The only reason I am selling is to appease my wife so I won't take any low ball offers. Don't waste your time, I won’t be disappointed if I don't sell it. I have priced this about $300.00 to $500.00 less than comparable bikes that have factory plastic (per eBay, Cycle Trader). NOTE: The bike does have a lean on it through Summit Credit Union. DESCRIPTION: Up for sale is my 2006 Honda CBR 1000RR in beautiful Blue/Yellow. It only has 715 miles! It's practically a brand new bike for less! Just recently changed the oil with Mobil 1 Racing 4T 10w-40 and OEM Honda oil filter. I also flushed the brake fluid (front and rear) and clutch fluid and replaced it with fresh DOT 4 Valvoline Synthetic brake fluid. The coolant was also properly flushed and replaced with fresh Prestone 50/50 antifreeze. Both tires are also new (I replaced the tires due to age). It was always garage kept and it has never seen rain. It was washed and waxed after every ride. It stays under a cover when not in use. I've always put 100% gasoline (no ethanol) on it. I never thought I would sell it but I just don't have the time to ride it as evidenced by the mileage. One of the cleanest 2006 CBR1000RR around town. Clean and clear title in hand. You won't find a mint, low-mileage example of a 2006 CBR1000RR like this again. For sale is my 1998 Honda CBR900 rr. Roughly 19k miles, but it is lower since the gearing was changed several years ago. This bike is in overall nice condition for its age. I am the third owner, and there are small scuffs from the previous owner. One is on the front fairing/fender (see pic) and there are some other very small ones near the motor and lower fairings. I was told these are from storage. The bike has never been crashed or been down on the pavement. It is currently in heated storage, and it always is covered and on a stand when it's not being ridden. I have tons of time and money into it, and I will list recent mods/maintenance below. This bike is VERY fast and powerful. Definitely not something for a new rider. DESCRIPTION: Up for sale is my beloved 2008 Honda CBR 1000RR Limited Edition. It's been ridden conservatively for 9,900 miles. It’s number 450 of only 500 produced in 2008. Don't be fooled by other "limited" 1000RR's out there. Real ones like this have black rear sets, black passenger pegs, black shifter, unique wheel stripes, dark metallic gray stripes on bodywork, unique "CBR1000RR" decal and the last 6 VIN digits are from 000001-000500. This bike has been meticulously maintained it’s entire life and still rides like new! Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE Recently, the oil was changed with Mobil 1 Racing 4T 10W-40 and Mobil 1 oil filter. I also flushed the brake fluid (front and rear) and replaced it with fresh DOT 4 Valvoline Synthetic brake fluid. The coolant was also properly flushed and replaced with fresh Prestone 50/50 antifreeze. Chain is always lubed with Dupont Teflon Chain Saver every 500 miles. Both tires are also new. I've always put the highest grade 100% gasoline (no ethanol) on it. One of the cleanest 2008 CBR1000RR’s around town. Clean and clear WI title in hand and in my name.
