I am selling my Yamaha R6 with limited edition fairings. I am the second owner of the bike and I purchased it from a private sale in 2006. I've taken good care of this bike with doing the scheduled maintenance. There are a few scratches from being dropped while stopped and if you request, I can send you some more photos of the scratches. The integrity of the fairing and frame are completely intact. It has a brand new fuel pump and battery and I also changed out the fluids in the bike, i.e. coolant, engine oil, and brake fluid. So the bike is in very good mechanical condition as it was always garage kept throughout its 13 year life. Original paint and chrome is nearly mint. All original save the fuel system, it has since been upgraded to brand new Mikuni VM20mm carburetors, with new fuel lines and inline filters. Original carbs will be included but are good for parts only. Front brake has been serviced (cable adjusted and lubed). Brake shoes near new. New battery. Fresh plugs and oil. Everything works: HI LO beam, horn, killswitch, brake lights, turn signals. This is a KICK ONLY motorcycle. Tires are original and have some cracking, should be replaced. Moving soon and I'd like to sell her before I go. Runs and drives perfectly. All seals, gaskets, cam chain guide, drive chain, spark plugs were all replaced last year. Kick start only, I installed new starter gears, but I think the starter motor needs to be replaced. Took apart the speedo to rebuild and it works great now. New tach cable, clutch lever cable and assembly, and new brake pads as well. All told probably $750 worth of new parts in her.
