Any mechanical or cosmetic service performed on the unit has been completed according to the manufacturer's recommendation by certified technicians. A detailed list of parts and repairs completed, if any, can be provided to the Buyer upon request. Where possible NOS OEM parts are used for all repairs. Vintage motorcycle service often requires the use of reconditioned or used parts where the OEM part has been discontinued. These parts are identified on service documents. We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all motor vehicle listings:Payment Terms:The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.Payment Methods:Cash (In Person), certified check, cashier’s check, wire transfer or payment from your financial institution are accepted. We are happy to refer you to several local financial institutions or you may use your preferred lender. There are lenders who will finance vintage or collectible motorcycles.Fees and Taxes:All buyers are subject to $50.00 Document Fee and a $125 Vehicle Prep Fee on used motorcycles or $395.00 on new motorcycles unless the fee is specifically waived in the listing. If you are a resident of OH, AZ, CA, FL, IN, MA, MI, SC, or WA we will collect your state sales tax at point of purchase. Residents of states not listed will pay sales tax when you register the motorcycle in your state. Ohio Buyers are required to pay the sales tax rate for the county of residence and registration and/or title transfer fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title and/or registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
