Bought this FZ09 in January, am 72 years old, its a little too sporty for me, so I bought a K1600GTL, opposite end of the spectrum. I added a Puig fly screen, a Yoshimura license bracket eliminator (tail tidy) and Kuryakn grips. The grips feel great, much beefier and more comfortable than the bicycle grips that came stock. The FZ09 was broken in correctly, moderate throttle with cool down cycles, no constant speed cruising. There are no chips, scratches, buff marks in the paint, it looks better than a new bike and much cheaper too. The title is held by Yamaha Finance (Capital One), if you are getting a loan the bank/credit union will do all the title work. If you are paying cash, you will send the money directly to Yamaha Finance and they will send you the title. You may take the bike when you pay. The new FZ-09 has an Inline Triple, three cylinder engine and new 41mm Mikuni throttle bodies. The Triple’s 120-degree crankshaft and even 240-degree firing interval make for a naturally crossplane design. It displaces 847cc via 78 mm bore and 59.1 mm stroke. Its forged aluminum piston thrums up and down an offset cylinder, moved 5 mm rearward from the crank axis to reduce friction.This bike is not yet rated.
